To study the relationship between stress source, coping style and sleep quality among high school students, and to provide reference for mental health education in schools.According to the results of this study,a mental health education curriculum program is formulated to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for relieving psychological pressure and improving the sleep quality of students. To explore and practice the mental health education mode that relieves the psychological pressure of high school students and improves their sleep quality,so as to promote the harmonious development of high school quality education. So far, there have been many studies on the relationship between psychological pressure and coping style, psychological pressure and sleep quality at home and abroad, and coping mode has been used as an intermediary variable to discuss the influence of psychological pressure on mental health. However, there are few studies on the relationship between high school students' stressors, coping styles and sleep quality. In this study, students from Tongren No.1 Middle School in Guizhou Province were selected by using three questionnaires:the Middle School Stress Source Scale, the Simple Response Style Questionnaire, and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI).The method of stratified random sampling is used to select 4 classes for high school, high school, and high school, including 2 experimental classes,2 parallel classes,2 liberal arts classes, and 2 science classes for high school and high school students.663 students conducted questionnaires. The study led to the following conclusions:(1)The main sources of pressure for high school students are learning pressure,self-psychological pressure, and pressure from classmates and friends, followed by teacher pressure, sociocultural pressure, and pressure on the family environment.Relatively low pressure is the pressure on parents' parenting methods.(2)There is significant positive correlation between PSQI total and component gauge and pressure source total and component gauge. There was significant positive correlation between subjective sleep quality and stress component tables, and there was a significant positive correlation between sleep time and learning pressure,self-body and body pressure, and total pressure in the pressure source. There was a significant positive correlation between parental pressure and social and cultural pressure, and teacher pressure.Sleep time was significantly correlated with the total stress source, teachers stress,self-body and mind stress, and students and friends stress.Sleep efficiency was significantly correlated with learning stress. There was significant positive correlation of sleep disturbance on all scales and total stress sources.Hypnotic drugs are significantly related to study stress, classmates and friends stress, and self-body and mind stress.Daytime dysfunction was positively correlated with learning stress.(3)The analysis of the pressure sources and coping methods of high school students revealed that active response has a significant negative correlation with learning pressure, classmates and friends' pressure,self-body and mind pressure, and total stress sources; The negative response was positively correlated with the overall pressure source and the component gauge.(4)The related analysis of coping styles and sleep quality shows that positive coping has a very significant negative correlation with PSQI in general, and with subjective sleep quality and sleep time.Negative response has a significant negative correlation with PSQI as a whole, and there is a significant negative correlation between subjective sleep quality, sleep time, and sleep disorders.(5)Stress management plays a part in the influence of high school students' stress sources on sleep quality.(6)Activity intervention has significantly eased the stress sources and dimensions of high school students.(7)Activity intervention has significantly improved the quality of sleep for high school students.
