The research purpose and meaning:health is the first wealth of life and also is the material basis for the students when they start to grow up. Sinor three students in high school as a special social group,who currently draw a lot of the attention of the society, their physical and mental health has been important concern among society, school, family. How to effectively improve the sleep quality of senior three students and alleviate the senior three student’s psychological pressure, have always been a topic of scholars from all walks of life continuously to explore. The improvement of students’ sleep quality and mental pressure relief plays an important role in the process of preparation for the college entrance examination. "The college entrance examination" as the main way for the college to select the senior three student when they try to enter a higher school,exists in the society. To get the employment is the unavoidable battle of every high school students with university dream. Therefore, to choose the appropriate relaxation method for students to prepare for the college entrance examination is very important.Research object and methods: in this paper the influence of yoga relaxing technique on the psychical pressure and sleep quality of senior three students in Weinan senior high school is the research object. This research adopts the literature material method, questionnaire survey method, experimental method, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis method,volunteered to sign up for 68 Nos. of students in weinan senior middle school, the 68 people using the random number table method divided into two groups, i.e. experimental group and reference group, each with 34 Nos. of students, which contain 6 boys and 28 girls, as the experimental group for a period of 8 weeks of yoga relaxing practice. Using psychological stress scale and the Pittsburgh sleep quality questionnaire as the experiment measurement to record the results of the two groups before taking yoga relaxing technique and after taking it. Meanwhile, the reference group just keep their life as usual. Then use statistical analysis and get the following conclusions.In the respect of psychological stress: taking the general psychological stress of the experiment group and reference group and each factor as individual sample to perform the Tcheck, the results show the experiment group take less stress on the demands of tasks and self goals than the reference group. The total points, stress on the demands of tasks and self goals of experiment group are clearly different from these of reference group{P<0.01}. Moreover, in other respects such as stress from parents, competition environment, teachers differ from each other as well(P < 0.05). There are wide difference between general points of psychological stress of experiment group and control group.In the respect of sleep quality, looking at the overall sleep quality of the experimental group and control group, carrying out independent sample analysis on all factors revealed the following result. The experimental group scored significantly lower than the control group in terms of functionality impairment during daytime. Examining the factor of daytime functionality impairment, there exists an extremely significant difference(p < 0.01) between the experimental group and control group. For sleep quality, hours of sleep, sleep impairment as well as the overall score, there exists a significant difference(p <(0.05). There is no such significant difference for other factors(p>0.05).The overall PSQI score is markedly different between the experimental group and the control group.Following conclusions can be made through this research program: 1. Regular Yoga relaxation excise can effectively ease and reduce the mental pressure on 3rd grade high school students. 2. Yoga relaxation excise can obviously improve the sleeping quality of 3rd grade high school students. As a conclusion from above, Yoga relaxation excise is suitable to be introduced into high school as an effective tool of depressurization for 3rd grade students. It helps students to reduce the pressure caused by examinations and improve the unhealthy mental status resulted from pressure.
