Moral cultivation is the basic requirement of moral course in junior high school.Helping students form a positive and optimistic attitude towards life and a correct world outlook,outlook on life and values is the purpose of junior high school moral education.Compared with other courses in junior high school,the goal and purpose of ideological and moral courses in junior high school seem more abstract.Therefore,it is difficult to achieve the above requirements in actual teaching.In order to make junior middle school moral course teaching can fully achieve the purpose of education,it is particularly important to stimulate students' interest in learning and enthusiasm for participation in the teaching process.In teaching practice,there are various ways to stimulate students'interest in learning and enthusiasm for participation.When students work hard,participate actively or show the behavior required by the classroom goal,the teacher will give them material reward or verbal praise.This kind of way has certain positive effect in reinforcing students' good behavior.However,there are some problems in the application of the incentive mechanism.Such as,the purpose of the award is unclear enough,the standard that carries out award is insufficient system,comprehensive,objective,the timing of the award was not reasonable,can not vary from person to person,owing to the different things etc.Aim at above problems,in order to enable teachers to find systematic,scientific and feasible reward strategies in moral education of junior middle school,this paper adopts the methods of literature research,case analysis,experimental research and interview.In the course of the research,this paper finds out the reasons for the problems in the reward mechanism of ideological and moral courses in junior middle school.The reason is not only from the teacher's own lack of theoretical knowledge about the application of reward mechanism,for instance,teachers do not grasp the details of the timing,content and number of rewards properly,but also comes from students making inappropriate attributions about rewards.Based on the requirements of reward mechanism of moral course in junior high school,this paper studies the strategies for the application of incentive mechanism.These strategies include:making clear the goal of teaching reward,setting up scientific reward standard,using various reward methods,choosing appropriate reward timing,mastering appropriate reward intensity,etc.The innovation of this paper is reflected in the following aspects:As a front-line teacher,I can go deep into the moral course of classroom teaching and carry out reward mechanism.And in the implementation of the incentive mechanism,I can continue to feedback,adjustment.In addition to this,As a head teacher,I can fully understand the psychological state of junior high school students.I can also observe students' daily performance in detail.There can also be long-term concerns about the behavior of junior high students who receive rewards.Therefore,a large number of cases of reward implementation in this paper come from practice,and can also return to practice.So that teachers can obtain useful reference in practical application.
