Home cooperation ability is an important part of teachers' professional work ability.By carrying out parent work,kindergarten teachers can better understand the situation of children,facilitate the follow-up development of more targeted early childhood education,and is also very beneficial to the professional growth of early childhood teachers.It can be said that to promote the professional growth of preschool teachers,paying attention to the work of parents is an essential link.However,at present,preschool teachers generally lack the ability to cooperate and communicate with parents,their home cooperation is not smooth,and their development level does not meet the expectations of parents and society,which greatly hinders the development of teachers.It is urgent to study the best practice path for teachers' professional growth based on parents' work.Taking the parent work of Shanghai a kindergarten as an example,this paper explores a high-quality and efficient model for the growth of kindergarten teachers.First,build the best practice path of kindergarten teachers' parents' work.Through the national policies,combing various ways of home cooperation,combining with the questionnaire survey to understand the current situation of kindergarten a teachers' and parents' work,and to understand the role of teachers and parents in it,so as to provide a practical basis for building the best path scheme for Kindergarten Parents' work.On this basis,first refine the successful cases,initially set up the best path scheme,and then invite experts to screen and demonstrate the best practice path scheme,so as to determine the best practice path scheme.Finally,the best practice of parents' work is implemented under the guidance of experts,led by backbone teachers.Best practice is the best action taken by parents and teachers around early childhood development,which can ensure the best implementation effect.Through the research,it is concluded that the specific content of the best practice path of parents' work from the perspective of teachers' professional growth includes optimizing the communication content,optimizing the organizational process,optimizing the support system,and improving the coordination mechanism.Secondly,through the practice of the best practice program for half a year for the teachers of kindergarten a,the specific implementation content involves the visual protection and dental health care of children.Through the investigation,it is found that the best practice scheme can greatly improve the home cooperative early childhood education mode,enhance the professional ability of teachers,effectively promote the enthusiasm of parents to participate in early childhood education activities,and promote the growth of children to a certain extent.This best practice program has achieved good results,which is worth learning and learning from other regions.The research shows that the best practice path can effectively improve the enthusiasm of teachers' work,enrich teachers' professional knowledge,improve teachers' parents' working ability,effectively improve children's parents' enthusiasm to participate in early childhood education activities,and promote children's development.This study not only enriches the current relevant theories in this field,but also provides an effective reference for other kindergartens in improving the professional ability of preschool teachers,especially the working ability of parents.
