With the rapid development of economy in China,the increasingly improvement of the people's living standard,along with the ever increasing awareness of educational consumption,extracurricular tutoring education and training industry tailored for the primary and secondary students have witnessed fast development in recent years,which lead to abundant extracurricular academic study guidance institutions springing up,becoming an important supplement of school education.Teachers in primary and secondary tutoring institutions and schools are the key factors and decisive forces for the development and expansion of tutoring institutions.Therefore,we should pay attention to the problem of teacher human resources management in tutoring school,explore the structure of teachers' human resources,the appointment of teachers,teacher training,performance evaluation,salary and other aspects of the status quo as well as its existing problems on the factors that affect the effectiveness of teacher human resources management,delve the reasons which hinder its development and improvement,in order to achieve scientific,rational and efficient teacher human resources management,so that teachers in extracurricular schools can make the best use of their potential,give full play to promote the continuous development of tutoring institutions and school.In this paper,we will take S extracurricular tutoring school' teacher human resource management as the research topic,mainly uses questionnaire method and interviews to investigate the teachers of S tutoring school,to understand the current situation and existing problems of S tutors human resources management,select the full-time teachers of S Tutoring Institutions(Tianjin Campus)as the research sample,in view of its tutoring teachers' role identification,job satisfaction and working environment,performance appraisal,benefits and salary,training and career development as well as rewards and punishments,this paper presents the current situation of S's human resources management of teachers,and analyzes its existing problems.With regard to the problems existing in S human resource management,the author of this paper thus put forward corresponding solutions and suggestions.This study finds that S extracurricular tutoring school have major problems in the management of teacher human resources:the overall effect of human resource management is not ideal;the mobility of tutoring teachers is relatively high;the professional identity of tutoring teachers is not completely accepted;the sense of work achievement and work love is in upward trend,male and female teachers differ greatly;the incentive effect of vocational training and development is not sufficient,which is significantly affected by the age and working age;the reward and punishment system adopted by S tutoring school isn't fair enough,etc.The reason why the S extra-curriculum tutoring school has encountered the above problems in the management of teacher human resources is because the organization's own management philosophy is backward,the management method is not scientific as well as a lack of humanistic care for teachers-based knowledge workers;on the other hand,It is the vagueness of the professional knowledge of tutoring teachers and the deviation of the role of teachers.In this study,the teacher's human resources management in S tutoring school is taken as the research object.According to the actual human resources management situation of the S tutoring school,a systematic and in-depth analysis is made on the main problems existing in the management of human resources in S tutoring school.Some effective and practical measures and suggestions have been put forward,with the aim of promoting the sound and healthy development of teachers' human resources management for S extra-curricular tutoring school.
