In order to supplement the science resources of the counties(cities)that have not yet been built,the construction and development of grassroots science popularization will be promoted,the scientific literacy of the citizens of the old and the poor and the poor areas will be improved,and the gap between the scientific literacy level of urban workers and rural laborers will be narrowed.In 2010,the"China Mobile Science and Technology Museum" project was officially launched.The Mobile Science and Technology Museum is a public welfare science and technology facility that is exhibited in various counties(cities)by combining the basic functions of the physical science and technology museum with the form and advantages of the science caravan.The Mobile Science and Technology Museum is loved by local people,especially teenagers.However,the mobile science and technology museum is still running for a short period of time.At present,there is no systematic research on how to evaluate the problem of students learning in the mobile science and technology museum environment.The organizers of the Mobile Science and Technology Museum urgently need to scientifically evaluate the audience's learning in the Mobile Science and Technology Museum project in order to provide a basis for improving the design and education activities of the Mobile Science and Technology Museum.This paper studies the current situation of mobile science and technology museums and their learning resources through literature and interviews.According to the 12 key factors affecting the venue learning in the situational learning model,combined with the characteristics of the mobile science and technology museum,the student learning index system under the environment of the mobile science and technology museum was constructed from the three dimensions of the venue environment,social environment and personal factors.According to the preliminary design index system,the author compiled questionnaires and interview outlines to interview and interview the audiences and organization management personnel of the Mobile Science and Technology Museum,and evaluated the students'learning in the mobile science and technology museum environment from various angles,and analyzed and summarized the mobile science and technology museum environment.The purpose of the students' visits is obvious,the visit time is relatively fixed,the display notes cards occupy an important position in the counseling resources,the professional level of the science and technology counselors is not high,and the environment in which the mobile science and technology museum exhibits is relatively simple.The evaluation indicators are further revised based on the preliminary evaluation results and expert opinions.The evaluation index system finally takes the venue environment,social environment and personal factors as the first-level indicators,and sets 9 secondary indicators and 20 third-level indicators under the first-level indicators.The article further determines the weight coefficient of student learning evaluation index in the environment of mobile science and technology museum by analytic hierarchy process,and distri'butes the evaluation index weighting questionnaire to experts.Through the analytic hierarchy process,the relevant weighting coefficients of each evaluation index are finally obtained,which is relatively complete and can be operated.The sexual evaluation index system provides a certain method and reference for evaluating students'learning under the environment of mobile science and technology museum.
