| With the general improvement of material living standards,upperclassmen in elementary school enjoy a comfortable life.With the pampering of parents,there are some problems among students,such as weak willpower,low resistance to frustration,lack of independence awareness.In addition,students in senior class have strong performance ability and receive high expectations from parents and society,which make them suffer from more and more pressure.However at this time,their psychological development is not yet fully mature,leading to students to be unable to deal with problems timely and effectively in the facing of setbacks and difficulties.At present,with the implementation of quality education,school education should not only focus on the improvement of students’ intelligence and achievements,but also pay attention to the development of students’ sound personality and the frustration resistance.What’s the level of the upperclassmen’ frustration resistance in primary schools?What are the factors that affect students’ frustration resistance?How should school implement the frustration resistance education more effectively?This paper will study the three main issues.Firstly,this paper defines the relevant conceptual meaning of frustration resistance through literature analysis,expounding the theoretical basis of frustration resistance and summarizing the characteristics of frustration resistance education.Secondly,using the theory of adversity quotient,I made the questionnaire survey among students in the primary school to know the level of students’ frustration resistance from the four dimensions including control,origin and ownership,reach and endurance.Then through interviews with students and teachers,I learn the main types of frustration students suffering from.Through data analysis,we can understand the relevant factors that affect students’ frustration resistance.Studies have shown that whether students have the experience of class cadres,the parenting style,the way students deal with setbacks,and the interpersonal relationships of students are all important factors that affect their ability to resist frustration.Finally,combined with the types of frustration students suffering from and the results of interviews with students and teachers,I put forward some suggestions for frustration resistance education at school to improve the students’frustration resistance.Those strategies includes sound mental health education to establish a correct setback cognition for students,infiltration frustration resistance education in subject teaching,infiltration frustration resistance education in class teacher work,and combine school and family frustration resistance education. |
