In this highly competitive,rapid development of information in the society,everyone is under pressure from all sides,junior high school students are no exception.Junior high school students are in the critical period and sensitive period of rapid physical and mental development,physiological development is becoming more and more mature,they yearn for freedom and independence,but the speed of psychological development is far less than physiological development,when they encounter setbacks,often show dependence on others,at the same time their inner emotion is rich,sensitive,impulsive and other characteristics For junior high school students in puberty,these stress moments are bothering them,if not dealing with these problems,they are prone to psychological problems,affecting the individual's physical and mental health development.The survey object of this study is junior high school students,to evaluate the anti-frustration ability of junior high school students,from the point of view of positive psychology,to actively interpret the setbacks suffered by junior high school students,to obtain positive significance from setbacks,and then to improve the ability of junior high school students to resist frustration to put forward constructive suggestions.The survey used junior high school students anti-frustration ability questionnaire,junior high school students anti-frustration ability questionnaire is based on a large number of anti-frustration ability questionnaire,combined with the physical and mental characteristics of junior high school students,the questionnaire contains 25 projects and 5 dimensions(self-guidance ability,interpersonal ability,problem solving ability,support seeking ability,stress tolerance).The questionnaire adopts forward scoring method,the higher the score,the higher the ability to resist frustration.In this paper,the clone Bach a coefficient is used to calculate the reliability,and the clones a coefficients of each dimension are 0.762? 0.755? 0.798? 0.788 ? 0.699,respectively,and the reliability coefficient of the total questionnaire is 0.789.There were five dimensions in the questionnaire,so the structural validity was used,the correlation between the dimensions in the questionnaire was between 0.360-0.695,and the correlation between the dimensions and the total questionnaire was between 0.732-0.819,which showed that the questionnaire had good reliability and validity.800 Junior high school students were selected in the investigation and the method of random sampling was adopted.From the survey results,it can be seen that the anti-frustration ability of junior high school students is at a moderate level,they have a deviation in the cognition of the setbacks encountered,a negative attitude towards setbacks,the response to frustration is incorrect,and lack of active support from the outside world.This paper evaluates the current situation of the anti-frustration ability of junior high school students,analyzes the reasons from their own aspects,family aspects,school aspects and social aspects,and then puts forward corresponding suggestions from these four aspects,such as actively exploring their potential strength and seeking active support from the outside world.The purpose of this thesis is to understand the importance of frustration education for junior high school students,and then to train Junior high school students ' ability to resist frustration,so that they can deal with setbacks calmly.
