The healthy development of young children not only lies in the healthy development of the body but also should pay attention to the development of mental health.The appearance of more and more problem children in today's society shows that the mental health development of young children is not perfect.Through observation,it was found that young children generally have low tolerance for setbacks,are prone to retreat when encountering difficulties,do not insist on things,and love to escape when interacting with others.These are all manifestations of weak resilience.As a part of the development of young children's mental health,resilience is of great significance.Early childhood is a critical period for the development of resilience,and its development has great potential.The training of resilience of young children has improved the resilience of young children to stimulate the potential of young children,develop the strong quality of young children and exercise the willpower of young children.Studies have shown that the resilience of young children is mostly obtained in sports activities.As a sport,cheerleading has the value of sports,and carrying out cheerleading activities helps to build young children's mental health."The value of cheerleading its own sports can be well in line with the principles of times,frontier,fitness,practicality and professionalism pointed out in the guidelines for sports education reform,and can meet people's fitness,well-being,entertainment,culture,and society.The overall development needs." The Guide to Sports for Pre-school Children(3-6 years)(Expert consensus version)emphasizes that the total number of hours of activity of the various types of pre-school children throughout the day should be more than 180 minutes.The cumulative physical activity of medium and above intensity is not less than 60 minutes.This article adopts the standard routine of children designated by the state to teach,the strength is medium strength,and it conforms to the characteristics of young children's age.It will not cause harm to young children when it is a source of frustration.As a source of frustration,cheerleading can provide feasible setbacks education for early childhood physical education.In the process of learning,it can cultivate the willpower of young children to overcome difficulties and overcome difficulties.The first part of this paper mainly discusses the problem raised,the purpose and significance of the research,concept definition and domestic and foreign research review.The second part mainly describes the research methods and experiments related content.The third part is an analysis of the experimental results.The fourth part mainly discusses the value of post-experiment cheerleading,the value of cheerleading and promotion,and the frustration education in kindergarten.In this paper,30 children of X Park Class in Baoding city were selected to conduct teaching experiments to investigate the influence of cheerleading on the resilience of children in class.The findings indicate that:1.After 16 weeks of experimental control group,the children's resilience changed but not significantly,and the daily life's ability to fight and defeat also had a certain effect but the effect was not significant;2.After 16 weeks of experimental experiments,there were significant changes in the children's resilience,indicating that the teaching of cheerleading has a great influence on the improvement of children's resilience.3.Kindergarten should pay more attention to the frustration education of young children,train teachers to form a scientific concept,guide according to the individual differences of young children,and work together to improve the resilience of young children and pay attention to the mental health development of young children.
