Since the Ministry of education of China has published the new physics curriculum standard(Experiment)of high school in 2003,the reform of physics curriculum has been explored and implemented in the primary and secondary schools throughout the country.In the "overall goal",the new curriculum standard indicates the basic requirements for promoting and cultivating physics subject key competencies of the students and the Ministry of education revised the curriculum goals in 2017.The curriculum plan clearly indicates that the training goal is to improve the comprehensive quality of the students and develop the key competencies(including physical concepts,scientific thinking,experimental inquiry,scientific attitudes and responsibilities).Under the guidance of the new curriculum reform,solving the learning problems of the students with learning difficulties is an important part of developing and implementing the new curriculum standard.The new curriculum standard aims at paying attention to the development of all students,and requires the schools to consider it as a very impartment work.This move embodies the educational concept of "people-oriented",and impel the students to adapt to the modern society and be a person of all-round development.This paper made a study on the common theories of students with learning difficulties in China and abroad and sorted out the types of them,so as to make a definition of the students.By consulting a large number of relevant literature and teaching practice,I formulated a questionnaire for the first-year students of key classes and average ones in three senior high schools in BH of Guangxi,and compared and analyzed the causes of learning difficulties.The result shows that the reasons mainly come from two aspects:students' own factors which including the learning interest,motivation,learning method,metacognitive ability and psychological barrier,and external environmental factors,and the external environmental factors including schools,teachers,families and social environment.On this basis,the author puts forward some educational countermeasures to transform the students with difficulties in physics.
