As is known,physics have played an indispensable role in the history of science and technology revolution,it is the backbone of promoting the development of science and technology.Especially with the advent of the digital age,The worship and desire of science knowledge of human beings are reaching a unprecedented position.Therefore,physics is highly respected as a basic science course.We can see that from the increasingly important position in the college entrance examination.But the inherent abstraction,high demand of the logical thinking and spatial imagination of physics,have led to that many people become discouraged.People have universal fear of physics and have showing difficulties learning physics.Especially for the high school freshmen,physical appears to be hard to understand.They always suffer a great deal of difficulties in learning the Newtonian mechanics.As a practice teacher of high school physics,I am deeply worried about the ubiquity of physical learning difficulties.I intended to extract the sample in the senior one students and focus on physical learning difficulties in order to find effective optimization strategies.This study mainly selected a typical high school in Nanyang City to carry out investigation and study.The survey mainly includes attitude,motivation,methods and other aspects of the physical learning situation in the senior one students.By analyzing the main problems of the sample school,combined with relevant theoretical research,I wish to seek a solution to this problem.The conclusions of this study: students have problems in physical learning such as low learning enthusiasm,poor learning ability,no sense of modeling.Some teachers is still focusing on the master of the basic knowledge,lack of penetration of physical thinking methods.Accordingly,we can propose countermeasures from both teachers-students and home-school cooperation: establishing students self-confidence,systematizing physical knowledge,pay attention to the penetration of scientific methods,cultivating trial competence,eliminating the influence of the former concept,shaping the teacher's charisma,creating a good family environment,paying more attention to course scheduling and test difficulty from the school management.
