In 2016,the moral education curriculum at the compulsory primary school level was officially renamed “Morality and the Rule of Law”.This is not only limited to the change of course name,but also puts new demands on the teaching of teachers.What is the current status of teacher teaching since the new textbook was used? What are the main problems? How to improve? It is an important topic in front of the frontline teachers of the “Morality and Rule of Law” in primary schools.Taking X primary school in Yantai City as an example,this paper studies the teaching of “activity bar” in the first and second grades of “Morality and Rule of Law” through follow-up observation and case analysis.It has important practical significance in the critical period when the new curriculum standard has not been promulgated.“Activity Bar”,that is,in the teaching process of “Moralityand Rule of Law”,students learn the ways to solve problems through certain interactions,observations,operations,investigations,etc.,develop corresponding skills,cultivate correct values,and achieve ethical principles.The general term for a part of the course of understanding and comprehension.Because the development of abstract logical thinking of students in grades one and two is limited,and the activities are intuitive and experiential,activities have an important significance in the development of students' morality.Therefore,based on the perspective of activity teaching,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out research on the “activity bar”teaching.This study goes deep into the first and second grade classroom teaching of primary school.It uses observation method,literature research method and case analysis method.Based on the perspective of activity teaching,it conducts follow-up observation and analysis on the teaching of “activity bar” of the first and second grades of “Morality and Rule of Law”.This paper summarizes and analyzes the main problems existing in the teaching of "activity bar” in the first and second grades of“Morality and Rule of Law”,and finally proposes corresponding improvement measures.First of all,based on the literature research method,based on the synthesis and analysis of predecessors' research,this research points to the teaching problems and countermeasures of the “activity bar” of the “Morality and Rule of Law” in primary schools.Secondly,through the follow-up during the internship,teaching,usingobservation method and case analysis method to summarize the problems in the“activity bar” teaching,that is,in the activity teaching concept,there are " reporting,light activities”,“activity understanding one-sided” In the selection of activities,there are two major problems: “deviating the teaching theme” and “dividing from the student life”,in the implementation of the activity,there are“the target is not clear,the activity flows in the form”,and “ the activity time is relatively short.The problem of poor performance,the lack of innovation in the use of activities,and the deviation of the main body of the activity.Based on the problems in the “activity bar” teaching,this paper classifies it into four aspects: First,the teaching concept of teacher activities is not completely established;second,the ability of effective selection and optimization of teacher activities is insufficient;The level of implementation and management of teacher activities is not high.Aiming at the cause analysis of the problem,the author has put forward a variety of literature reading and teaching practice,and proposed improvement measures from three aspects: updating the teacher's teaching concept,clarifying the main body of the activity,integrating the content of life activities,improving the implementation and management ability of the teacher activities,and optimizing the activity teaching.I hope that I can provide reference for the improvement of the teaching effect of the “activity bar” of the “Morality and Rule of Law” in primary schools.
