The Nineteenth Party Congress proposed to strengthen ideological,moral,and cultural development.We must integrate socialist core values into all aspects of social development and translate it into people's emotional identity and behavioral habits.Morality and rule of law classes are required courses in the compulsory education stage and are important platforms and vehicles for schools to carry out moral education.However,due to the influence of the baton and the concept of people in the examinations,the ethics and rule-oflaw courses that were originally linked to life are often subject to theoretical and light practice,even though every school is vigorously developing various forms at this stage.The activities of the school,but the actual combination of school activities and morality and the rule of law teaching has not been used,this phenomenon is particularly evident in Tibetan areas where the hardware and software conditions are relatively backward.This study took the school in Maqu County,Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,Gansu Province as the research object,and observed and investigated the teachers and students of the school for a year and a half.In order to provide realistic basis for this thesis,the author distributed questionnaires to school teachers and students,conducted interviews with some teachers and students,and summed up the deficiencies in the school's teaching of ethics and rule of law classes and the development of various activities.The status quo of junior middle school morality and rule of law courses is analyzed and the reasons are analyzed.Various activities organized by the school are used to enhance the effectiveness of morality and rule of law classes,and specific suggestions with guiding significance are proposed.With the rapid advancement of the “balanced development of compulsory education” and “standardized school construction”,schools in all compulsory education stages are vigorously carrying out various forms of activities.However,according to the author's investigation,almost all of the schools in Maqu County were developed.Activities only focus on the form of activities,but ignore the essence of the activities,lack of corresponding theoretical guidance,blindness,and poor effectiveness.At the same time,in the teaching of morality and rule of law in the middle schools of the school,teachers do not have a deep understanding of the subject spirit of the new version of the teaching materials.They are still old ideas,old methods,and lack social practice and humanistic care.The ability of students to connect theory with practice has not received due attention.It is difficult to internalize the subject spirit of the junior school moral and legal education curriculum into the students' hearts and guide their practice.In view of the shortcomings of the various activities of the Maqu County C School,such as rich content,weak organization,and lack of thorough understanding of the moral and rule of law classes,the author has long investigated,analyzed,and summarized the activities of various types of activities.The idea in the curriculum of the rule of law and the rule of law advocates that the curriculum content of the junior high school morality and rule of law class be directly linked to the activities of the school organization to be integrated and integrated with each other to improve the practicality of the course and improve the enthusiasm of the students to promote the morality and rule of law of the junior school.Effectiveness of class improvement.At the same time,the author puts forward five specific countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of the junior high school morality and rule of law curriculum: first,to clarify the basic principles of curriculum development;second,to ensure the effectiveness of objectives and evaluation;third,to broaden the sources of experience for curriculum content;Fourth,establish a complete course link in science;Fifth,establish a democratic and equal teacher-student relationship.
