The course of Morality and rule of law in junior middle school can promote the formation of students' virtue.The rich and colorful teaching materials including many inquiry activities come from life and to life,which students can learn,do,and teachers in teaching can make students feel and experience.It's good to achieve the goals of teaching and cultivating students'Key Competencies.But now the teaching method is single,some teachers only take force-feeding education,some teachers simply make students underline key points,which cannot complete the task of ideological education and moral education,also cannot reflect the cordiality line to unify.Therefore,how to make the course of Morality and the rule of law as a real activity type course is worthy to study and practice.In order to improve the level of moral education in junior middle school,we must attach importance to the teaching of the Activity type course in moral education.To give full effect to the course of Morality and the rule of law on cultivating students' Key Competencies,we should combine it with 3 d object in the process of Activity type course's design and implementation.Make students' Key Competencies as the basic requirement to establish objects,the main basis to choose content,the important yardstick to evaluate effect in Activity type course of Morality and the rule of law.Activity type course of Morality and the rule of law has subjectivity and cooperativeness,comprehensiveness and regionality,practicality and operability,openess and generativeness,levels and consistency,so it's more systematic than usual course of Morality and the rule of law.To better cultivate students' cultural basis literacy,independent development literacy and social participation literacy,we should adhere to three implementation principles:strengthen students' cultural basis literacy based on the life experience;enhance students' independent development literacy based on the cooperative inquiry;promote students' social participation literacy based on the conflict resolution.The implementation forms can be divided into three categories:discussion(debate),performance(role playing + outcome reporting),and investigation.Based on the implementation situation in the subject of Morality and the rule of law about teaching methods,teaching evaluation and students' Key Competencies,we should take these three implementation strategies:set the theme and goal by the teachers and students together based on students' cultural basis literacy;let students lead the design and implementation of the program based on students' social participation literacy;and give students chances to evaluate the result of the course based on students' independent development literacy.
