Quality developing training is also called "outward bound" and "collective adventure therapy",originated from Britain during the second world war,the purpose is that through personal or team common challenges this training method to improve the physical quality and the will of seafarers,survival ability and training of young seafarers sea ship ran aground survival skills,so as to improve the survival rate of seafarers,play a very important role in the war.After the war,the quality development mode was found by a group of men of insight with its unique and novel training mode,which was used as an important means to improve the physical and mental quality of enterprise staff,school teachers and students.At present,quality development training as a course has been carried out in colleges and universities,and has a great impact on the psychological quality,emotional will,value orientation,personality and attitude of college students.From improve the junior middle school students physical and mental health,effective introducing the quality developing training courses of junior high school students in physical education class teaching,choose appropriate and effective teaching modes,design scientific and reasonable course content of the project,build up reasonable curriculum evaluation standard system is a has both theoretical value and practical significance of selected topic,also accord with the junior middle school students of their own development.This research starting from the teaching research the influence of the quality developing training,from the boot,the experience type teaching,this paper respectively from the origin of the quality developing training,comprehensive concept,and combining with the characteristics of physical education curriculum in junior high school students on quality developing training course this factors on junior middle school students mental health and interpersonal trust level,the influence of argumentation and interpretation in teaching experiment for basic means,using the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and qualitative method and other research methods,the introduction of quality developing training course in junior high school physical education curriculum for students’ mental health level and experiments have been carried out to study the effects of interpersonal trust level,A total of 180 students were randomly selected from the three grades of second foreign language middle school as experimental subjects,which were divided into experimental class(a total of 90 students,47 boys and 43 girls)and control class(a total of 90 people,45 boys and 45 girls).From September 2018 to January 2019,a total of 16 weeks of 32-hour teaching experiment was conducted.The experimental class USES the quality development training course to carry on the teaching,the control class USES the traditional teaching method to carry on the teaching.The results show that:(1)the development of quality development training courses in middle schools is a brand new classroom teaching mode.The quality development training course,which is interesting,innovative and challenging,greatly promotes students’ enthusiasm for sports participation,and makes sports better serve the physical and mental health development of middle school students.(2)in the experimental classes and that in comparative classes under the condition of level,through the teaching experiment,compared with that in comparative classes,experiment class students’ mental health has increased significantly,the students in hostile factor,sensitive interpersonal tension factor and anxious factor,learning stress factor,emotional instability factors have obvious drop,especially in terms of maladjustment and emotional instability factors is most obvious,quality developing training course of teaching,improve the level of the students’ sense of self-respect,self-confidence,improve the class’ s and grade’s cohesive force,to enhance the students dare to face the difficulty of determination and courage,indomitable,interpersonal level increased significantly,Promote the improvement of mental health.(3)In the experimental classes and that in comparative classes under the condition of level,through the teaching experiment,compared with that in comparative classes,the experimental class students interpersonal trust level has increased significantly,from the point of interpersonal trust index,the results showed that after quality developing training students generally trust factor has improved significantly,special trust factor effect is not significant.The improvement of interpersonal trust level can effectively promote students’ interpersonal communication level.
