Study On The Cultivation And Enhancement Of College Students' Rules Consciousness In The New Era

Rules are the basic elements of the orderly development of modern society and the yardstick and criterion of people's behavior,which have gradually become an important guarantee for the benign operation of modern social order.Rule consciousness is that people know the rules,master the rules,abide by the rules of the active mentality and thus externalize the normative behavior of the people in the practical activities.As Chinese characteristic socialism enters a new era,there is no lack of rules in the present society,but lack of awareness of abiding by the rules and actions to implement them.The rules can play their role only by being followed by the people,which needs the strong support of people's rule consciousness.Young college students are the builders and successors of Chinese characteristic socialism.The strength of their rule consciousness is directly related to the success of socialism with Chinese characteristics.With the continuous improvement of the educational level in our country,the overall quality of the college students has been improved.However,subject to many factors,the current Chinese college students' rule consciousness still has a lot of problems,which seriously hinders the construction of the socialist harmonious society in our country.Therefore,to cultivate and enhance the rule consciousness of college students in the new era has become an urgent requirement for the orderly development of society.To this end,based on the previous research results,the author has carried out a questionnaire on the students in W university.Through the analysis of the survey data,this essay further clarifies the problems existing in the college students' rule consciousness in the new era,and probes into the main factors that influence the college students' rule consciousness in the new era,and then puts forward an effective way to cultivate and strengthen the rule consciousness of college students in the new era.At present,the problem of the rule consciousness of the college students in our country mainly shows that the level of the regular cognition is not high,the level of the rule's emotional identity is low,the random nature of the rule behavior practice,etc.These problems are caused by social,school,family and students' own characteristics.To cultivate and enhance the college students' rule consciousness,we must follow the development law of the cognition,emotion,volition and behavior,in order to realize the all-round development of the human being as the ultimate goal,to analysis of the individual internal factors and the social external environment correctly,then to explore the effective ways to cultivate and strengthen college students' rule consciousness in the new era.The improvement of personal self-cultivation is the endogenous motive force to cultivate and strengthen college students' rule consciousness,which must be paid attention to.The construction of social external environment is the necessary condition to cultivate and strengthen college students' rule consciousness.Through strengthening the construction of institutional environment,perfecting the educational system and making use of network media to construct positive external support,to promote the college students' rule consciousness in the new era.Actively improve the external environment and improve students' personal accomplishment,constantly consolidate the achievements of cultivating the rule consciousness,combine the theory education with the practice education,and truly carry out the cultivation and enhancement of the rules consciousness of the college students.
