Guangxi University Sports Education Student Teachers' Vocational Skills Training Mechanism Research

To improve sports education professional students of teachers' professional skills to master,improving the quality of talent training,this research USES the literature material method,field survey method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and interview method,for sports education specialized students teachers' vocational skills training mechanism of related theory,teachers' vocational skills training mechanism running status,influence factors and so on related question has carried on the investigation and analysis.The results show that the training mechanism theory is to guide the sports education professional students teacher professional skills training the important theory;Sports education professional teachers vocational skills training mechanism and restriction mechanism,the effect of the operation guarantee mechanism and incentive mechanism;Sports education professional students of teachers' professional skills to strengthen training and improve;We will deepen reform of the education mode,is to improve the teachers professional ability of concentration.According to the results of the study,on the basis of the research and analysis,and on how to improve the physical education major students professional skills training are proposed the effect of strengthening ideological guidance,improve the sports education specialized student's correct understanding of teachers' professional skills; Strengthening teachers vocational skills training teachers and the teaching practice base construction focus on promoting the construction of teaching practice base construction focus on promoting the construction of teaching base conditions;promote base curriculum reform and construction;pay attention to teachers' vocational skills training through personnel training process;Creative diversity training mode,strengthen the practice education,open teachers' vocational skills training system.
