Since the eighteenth congress,socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new era,social principal contradictions of our country has been converted to people the growing demand for a better life and not balance the contradiction between the inadequate development,mainly in the field of higher education for the majority of the people the growing demand for high quality of higher education with the contradiction between the unbalanced development of higher education is not fully.Improving the quality of higher education,realizing the connotational development of higher education and running higher education satisfying the people are the internal requirements of the development of higher education in the new era.Professional education is an important feature of higher education.To improve students' professional satisfaction is an important embodiment of higher education that meets people's satisfaction.As the "entrance" of higher education,the college entrance examination needs to provide high-quality services for the majority of examinees through its own continuous reform,improve the matching degree of examinees with the admission schools and majors,and lay a good foundation for the optimal allocation of higher education resources.The major satisfaction of freshmen is an important index to measure the match degree between the examinee and the admitted major.College professional service starts from the needs of examinees,and examinees should be taken as "customers" to effectively evaluate the degree of satisfaction of freshmen with their majors.Based on the evaluation results,colleges and universities should continuously improve the enrollment examination mechanism and talent training mechanism,so as to promote the smooth reform of college entrance examination.ACSI(American Customer Satisfaction Index)is an effective tool to construct the evaluation Index system of college freshmen's professional Satisfaction.ACSI can improve the quantitative evaluation level of college freshmen's professional satisfaction,and lay a solid foundation for the students of concultative development of higher education.Factors influencing freshmen's professional satisfaction include not only the internal factors such as the match between examinee and the admission school,the degree of major matching,freshmen's adaptability,learning interest,family background and growth environment,but also external factors such as professional curriculum setting,teaching facilities,teachers' level,professional strength and students' development space.By using the basic principle and method of ACSI,can put the professional satisfaction as a target variable,professional expectations,awareness,professional quality,perceived value as the prepositive,professional trust and complain as outcome variables,and then build covers six indicators,13 secondary indicators,35 tertiary indicators of freshman's professional satisfaction evaluation index system.From the questionnaire survey results covering all levels and batches of freshmen,including undergraduate first approval,undergraduate second approval,undergraduate third approval and vocational college approval,it can be seen that the above evaluation index system of college freshmen's professional satisfaction has strong scientificity and applicability,and can provide technical means for the evaluation of college freshmen's professional satisfaction.Colleges and universities should grasp the opportunity of college entrance examination reform,from the aspects of perfecting enrollment policy,perfecting specialty registration system,perfecting talent cultivation policy,perfecting specialty and employment guidance mode,etc.
