The state council has issued a plan on the reform of vocational education on January 24,2019,which,points out the importance of vocational education from the perspective of national development.Vocational education needs to meet the market demand and cultivate high-quality and high-skilled people,class teaching of vocational education has become an important part in the cultivation of effective talents.Class teaching activities are not a teacher's one-man show,but students' feelings and satisfaction will affect the overall effect.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a detailed study on students' class teaching satisfaction.This paper interprets the current social background through a large number of literature reading and research.The demand for business English majors in secondary vocational schools is getting higher and higher,from which the theoretical and practical significance of this study can be drawn.Then,the paper defines the concepts of secondary vocational schools,business English major and class teaching evaluation to clarify the research objectives,and investigates the current situation of class teaching of business English major.According to the results,it is found that there are some problems in secondary vocational schools,for example,the existing teaching evaluation results in secondary vocational schools are invalid,the pertinence and feasibility of the evaluation system are not strong,and the participation of students in class teaching evaluation is not high.In view of these problems,this paper based on the customer satisfaction theory and Importance-Performance Analysis,then constructs a secondary vocational school business English major classroom teaching satisfaction evaluation index system by combining the principles of scientific and systematic.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is applied to weight the indexes in the evaluation system to form the evaluation table of class teaching satisfaction of business English major in secondary vocational schools,and grade it by students.The results are then distributed to a rectangular coordinate system consisting of the expected value and satisfaction and analyze the meaning of each data.Finally,in view of the above problems,the improvement scheme and strategy are proposed to provide effective ideas for the development of classroom teaching satisfaction in secondary vocational schools.The evaluation index system constructed in this paper takes the student as the main body of evaluation and class teaching of business English major as the research object.This paper also uses the analytic hierarchy process and questionnaire survey method,and combines the theory of customer satisfaction and importance-performance analysis which makes it scientific.The results of this study are conducive to improving the class teaching of business English major in secondary vocational schools,and put forward positive and effective Suggestions for the development of class teaching.
