With the continuous development of China's supply-side reform in recent years,the supply-side reform in the education field has gradually attracted the attention of the public and experts.On the basis of completing the goal of universally popularizing nine-year compulsory education and basically eradicating illiteracy among young and middle-aged people,comprehensively promoting the balanced development of compulsory education has become a key issue in the current development of compulsory education in China.However,due to various factors,China's compulsory education in urban and rural areas The problem of uneven development is still outstanding.It is urgent to make effective breakthroughs at the county level by means of supply-side reform.Promoting the balanced development of compulsory education in counties is the basis and premise for comprehensively promoting the balanced development of compulsory education,and it is the comprehensive realization of the equalization of basic public services.The inherent requirements are also an important manifestation of educational equity.This paper takes F County,which has the dual special status of "national key poverty-stricken counties" and "minority autonomous counties" in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as the research object.Firstly,the domestic and foreign research literature on the balanced development of county compulsory education is sorted out.On this basis,the related concepts are defined and the theoretical basis is expounded.Secondly,carry out on-the-spot investigations in F County,collect the data needed for research through field interviews with educational management departments and schools,and briefly introduce the measures and effects of the current balanced development of compulsory education in F County.Thirdly,based on the collected data,the comparative analysis method is used to empirically analyze the educational development level and balanced development level of F County compulsory education,and the results of empirical analysis are systematically analyzed to reveal the existing problems and causes.Finally,from the perspective of the reform of the supply side of education,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:from the demand side reform to the supply side reform in the supply concept;on the supply subject,the diversified supply subject is emphasized,the appropriate simple administration is decentralized,and the total supply is increased.We will fill in shortcomings and revitalize existing stocks;comprehensively promote the development of urban and rural integration of compulsory education in the.supply quality,strengthen overall planning;deepen the reform of management system in the supply model,and implement the school run of famous schools.
