The head teacher is a teacher who is in charge of the thought,study,health and life of a class.He/she is not only the organizer,leader and educator of a class but also the coordinator of the teaching and education work of the class.They play an inestimable role in carrying out a variety of educational activities in school.They help keeping the maintenance of the normal work order of the school.Junior head teacher means a teacher who works as a head teacher for less than five years.They are the main class management force of Tangshan T college.They are vigorous and always very active in teaching management and student management.The class management idea and ability of the junior head teacher affects the development of the students and the development of T college.Aiming at cultivating Great Artisan,T college meets opportunities and challenges.And this opportunity is closely related to the junior head teacher in T college.As a fact,junior head teachers are the majority of all the head teachers.Enhancing their management ability will inject new vitality to the development of T college.The problems about how junior head teacher manage their classes are found through the related information and data collected via questionnaire survey and interviews.The following problems are rising to the surface:the imperfection of managing system,confusing management procedure and their lacking of psychological adjustment ability in helping the students and themselves.And what's more,some of them lack necessary action.To make things even worse,vocational laziness appeared among them.The vocational laziness of class teachers severely influences the stability and efficiency of head teacher team.The students will miss the best time of behavior cultivation and the teacher will also miss the golden developing period of their occupation.Through the analysis,the author believes that these problems are mainly caused by the following reasons:First and for most is the college management concept.The bias may hold back the junior class teachers in their management quality.Second enough attention should be payed to the institutional leading level and enough supports should be given.Thirdly is the internal causes of the junior head teachers.Their vocational laziness will lead to the lacking of sustained motivation to their work.The author will state the problems and analyze the reasons,the following are some specific countermeasures.On one hand,T college must put more attention on junior head teachers and focus on enhancing the quality of their management tactics.The college leaders should also be appreciated if they give supports in working and life of head teachters.On the other hand,the head teachters must be much more active and enhance their management tactics as well as the teaching skills.A co-operation relationship will be founded among the students and the teacher.It will strengthen the construction of class management system and improve the ability of mental adjustment.
