Problems And Countermeasures In Class Management Of Newly Appointed Head Teacher In Elementary School

Classes in primary school are “semi-autonomous” organizations that require a class teacher to manage them.Effective class management can improve students' learning efficiency,help to complete teaching goals,and promote students' physical and mental development.At present,there are still many problems in the class management in primary schools.The new class teachers are a special group of teachers.Due to lack of practical experience,the effect of their class management is even worse.This study focuses on the class management of the new class teachers in primary schools,and was carried out by the methods of literature,questionnaires,and interviews.By investigating the current status of class management goals,class management subjects,class management content,and class management methods for new class teachers in primary schools,it is found that the new class tea chers in primary schools have the following problems in class management: one-sided class management goals,single class management subjects,imperfect class management content and unscientific class management methods.Lagging of class management concepts,lack of class management knowledge and management ability,and unreasonable class management evaluation system of schools are the main reasons for the problems in the class management of the new class teachers in primary schools.Aiming at the problems and reasons of the class management of new class teachers in primary schools,this study puts forward the following countermeasures: first,changing the class management concepts of the new class teachers and establishing a management concept of “people-oriented” and target management;secondly,enriching the class management knowledge and improving the management ability of the new class teachers;finally,building a scientific class management evaluation system.
