Middle school is the transition period to high school and the golden period of middle school development.The curriculum learning and students' physical and mental development in junior high school stage are very different from primary school stage,and there is a qualitative leap compared with primary school stage.As the hope of the future head teacher team,the youth head teacher,an important reserve force for the sustainable development of the school,will assume the obligation and responsibility for the education management of the class he leads.Today's army of young head teachers is facing the students who have grown up in the Internet era,so they closely combine the characteristics of The Times in class management,and accurately understand and grasp the new characteristics and new situations on the students to promote the comprehensive and harmonious development of students.This study N middle school(middle school)in nanjing city as an introduction,based on group dynamics and humanistic management related theory,youth in junior high school teacher in class management status as a research starting point,with the help of domestic and foreign research literature and theory,on the basis of the system of class teaching management,class management,class management,ideology and moral character and parent-school cooperative management into five dimensions to prepare the questionnaire,analysis about the present situation of young teacher in charge of class management.At the same time,we also use literature method,interview analysis method and on-the-spot observation method to compile different interview Outlines for the young head teachers,school leaders and parents of the school for further analysis.Finally,through the investigation and research,we found the problems existing in the management of junior middle school youth head teachers and the causes of the problems,and put forward corresponding suggestions according to the analysis results.The study found that there are some different problems in the current situation of junior middle school youth head teachers' class management,so schools should pay more attention to the level of young head teachers' class management.The main problems existing in the current situation of junior high school head teachers' class management are as follows: in the aspect of teaching management,class management attaches great importance to class teaching management,and the arrangement of homework quantity needs to be adjusted;In the aspect of organization and management,class cadres can not play a role,the lack of effective class cadres,class cultural awareness is weak;In the aspect of system management,the implementation of reward and punishment system is not in place,there is the phenomenon of differential treatment;In the aspect of ideological and moral management,the attention to students' psychological changes is not enough,and the cultivation of comprehensive quality needs to be strengthened.In the aspect of home-school cooperation management,the home-school cooperation model lacks monotonous cooperation,and the home-school cooperation pursues the form and lacks the practical effect.The causes of the problems are the lack of professional knowledge and ability of class management,the limitation of management level,the training mechanism of class teachers is not yet perfect and the incentive mechanism is not enough,the students' self-management ability is insufficient and the consciousness of self-management is weak.Therefore,in order to improve the class management level of junior high school youth head teachers,this paper suggests: to emphasize more than equal,optimize the academic burden;It is necessary to cultivate an effective class cadre team and build a characteristic class culture.From "management" to "education",the implementation of scientific management system;We should attach importance to mental health education and strengthen comprehensive quality training.It is necessary to innovate the home-school cooperation mode and form the educational joint force.We should set up the correct occupation ideal and pay attention to the improvement of teachers' quality.
