Objective:Recruit male college students,use different weights of the rope movement program,analyze the changes of various indicators in the exercise period,intermittent period and recovery period,analyze the energy metabolism characteristics through data mining,and develop targeted exercises for the public.The plan provides the basis.Methods:10 male college students were used as experimental subjects,and two experiments were carried out successively.The first experiment used 9 kilograms and12 meters of war ropes?small weight group?for wave hands,and the end waves were limited to 40-60 cm.The ratio of exercise to rest was 1:2,each group exercised for20s,the group rested for 40 seconds,the frequency was 60 beats/min,a total of 10groups,and the exercise duration was 10 minutes.Immediately after the end of the exercise,the subject was asked to indicate the level of exercise consciousness scale?RPE 6-20?achieved,and then continue to wear the respiratory mask and heart rate belt to measure the data within 30 minutes after the subject's training,to observe the recovery of the body.Condition and excess oxygen consumption.After 48 hours after the first experiment,the subject underwent a second experiment,except that the weight of the rope was changed to 14 kg?large weight group?,and the other exercise programs were designed identically to the first time.The K5 portable gas analyzer automatically counts the data every 10 seconds;in the 10 minutes before the rope movement,the average value of 5-10 minutes is used to calculate the energy consumption and its related indicators in the quiet state;For 10 minutes,take the average of the 20-second data during the swing,take the average of 40 seconds between the groups;take the rest for 30 minutes after exercise,take the data every 5minutes,and calculate the average.Test indicators include:VO2,VCO2,VE,RQ,HR,Mets,etc.Result:?1?The oxygen uptake,carbon dioxide excretion and lung ventilation during the exercise of the large weight group and the small weight group showed a significant upward trend during the interval from the first group to the fourth group.In the fourth group of exercise interval to the end of the exercise period is relatively gentle,at this moment the body maintains a relatively stable work output state.?2?The small weight group reached the interval of 110-130 beats/min in the second half of the exercise,while the heart rate of the large weight group during exercise and during the exercise interval was basically in the range of the best exercise heart rate.?3?During the exercise period,the oxygen uptake of the large weight group was significantly higher than that of the small weight group?P<0.05?,and the heart rate of the two groups during the exercise period did not always maintain a significant difference.During the second group exercise period to the sixth group exercise period,the heart rate and oxygen uptake of the large weight group were significantly higher than the heart rate of the small weight group,and the data of the sixth group exercise interval to the 10th group exercise interval period showed that There is no such difference between the two groups.?4?In this study,there was no difference in heart rate and oxygen uptake during the swing period and interval between groups.?5?The metabolic equivalent of the small weight battle rope is 5.77±0.75,and the metabolic equivalent of the large weight group is 7.09±0.59.?6?According to the classification criteria of the Rating of Perceived Exertion?RPE?,there is no significant difference in the subjective motor sensation between the large weight and the small weight group?P>0.05?.Conclusion:?1?The battle rope movement belongs to medium and high intensity physical activity.the formula for the strength of the rope and the weight of the rope is y=0.264x+3.394?y is the metabolic equivalent,x is the weight of the rope?.?2?The rope movement we designed is similar to the heart rate of the motion gap during the swinging process.The gap between the groups can be used as the time window for the public to measure the heart rate of the rope movement.?3?The increase in Mets and heart rate during the late exercise period is not synchronized between the small weight group and the large weight group.Therefore,the heart rate should be avoided as the only indicator for assessing the strength of the rope.?4?Rating of Perceived Exertion?RPE?is not accurate in reflecting the intensity of the rope movement.?5?There was no difference in the occurrence time of the 9kg and 14kg War rope sports pulmonary ventilation platform period.?6?The movement intensity?weight of war rope?of the battle rope pair is positively correlated with the excess oxygen consumption,that is,the heavier the war rope,the more obvious the excess oxygen consumption.
