| Children are the hope of the family and the nation,and their health determines the quality of the future population of a country.Due to socioeconomic conditions,gender and ethnicity,there are significant health differences and health inequities among children.Because of its embarrassing situation of low-income families socioeconomic status,children in urban low-income families are a representative group of urban poverty,and they face increasingly serious health threats during their growth and development.Schools are an important place for effective health education and health promotion.Through targeted interventions and interventions in school health promotion programs or programs,school health promotion will play an important role in shaping the health of children in low-income families,delivering their healthy knowledge and skills,and improving their health attitudes and behaviors.First of all,this study uses literature analysis method to sort out related research at home and abroad,and defines the concepts of urban low-income families,children’s health,school health promotion,and the theory of capacity poverty,social ecosystem theory,empowerment theory and health promotion theory as the theoretical basis of this study.Secondly,using the China Nutrition and Health Survey(CHNS)panel data to explore the health status and characteristics of children in low-income families in cities.Then,using the grounded theory method to select typical cases of urban low-income families In-depth interviews were conducted to explore the internal factors of the family that affect the health of low-income children in urban areas of China,and the use of educational narrative methods to analyze the achievements and major problems of the health promotion of children in urban low-income families.Finally,in the theory of health promotion and Under the guidance of the theory of rights,based on the results of previous research,it is proposed to establish a school health promotion plan for children from low-income families in cities.The study found that the health status of children in urban low-income families is generally poorer in terms of physical health,mental health and social adaptability than that of urban households.Rough family education,lack of parental health education,poor family atmosphere,unhealthy family behaviors,family income restrictions,and lack of family and external interactions are the six main causes of children’s current health problems in low-income families.Through educational narrative research,it is found that the school has achieved certain achievements in promoting the health promotion of children from urban low-income families,but there is still neglect of physical education,urgent improvement of nutritional health services,lack of professional health education teachers,and health of such families.In particular,support for inadequate,severe funding and public opinion pressures.Based on the results of the above survey and analysis,the study suggests the establishment of a school health promotion program for children from low-income families in the city.The program aims to develop low-income children into democratic-minded citizens,to address the existing health problems of low-income children,to provide health support for low-income families,and to break through the main problems of school health promotion.As the basic goal;the four basic principles of cooperation,participation,continuity,and system;the specific content of the implementation plan includes providing targeted nutrition and psychological counseling services,sexual health education and physical education,health for low-income families.Five major strategies for teacher and family support,school-based promotion plan and evaluation mechanism,targeted policy support and financial support. |
