Education is a systematic project that requires the support of the whole society.Both families and schools shoulder the responsibility to educate children.With the deepening of China education reform,cooperative education between home and school has become a vital measure to promote the development of family education and the reform of school education,and there are many obstacles to overcome in educational practice for the time being.At present,school cooperation in China has made great progress by learning from foreign educational experience and continuously exploring by ourselves.However,in the cooperation between home and school,there have been problems such as responsibility dispersion,lack of family education responsibility,and weak awareness of cooperation between family and school.The theory of shared responsibility holds that education is the shared responsibility of both the family and the school.The family and the school should corporate rather than divide the duties.Based on this view,the research on the cooperation of Chinese school and family has certain theoretical significance and practical value.This article is divided into three parts:The first part is the summary to introduce the considerations of research topic,the purpose and significance of the research,the research methodology;and it defines the core concepts of this paper,analyzes the research status at home and abroad,and introduces the theoretical basis of the research——the theory of shared responsibility.The second part is the main section of the study.The investigation of the current status of cooperation between school and family,and collate and analyze the data of our survey.Based on this,it analyzes the problems existing in the cooperation between family and school,and analyzes the factors affecting the cooperation between junior high schools and families,then put forward the strategy to solve the problem.The third part is the conclusion.The main contents and viewpoints of the full text are summarized systematically.Guided by the theory of shared responsibility,this paper takes Yangchun X Middle School as the research example,cleans up the current situation and existing problems of junior high school and family cooperation,analyzes the causes,and proposes strategies to improve the cooperation between junior high schools and family.The study attributes the problems in the cooperation between family and school in Yangchun X Middle School mainly to lack of effective action and efficient two-way communication,exchangeable single information and Poor sense of common responsibility between family and school.The causes are lack of institutional and organizational guarantees,family and school cooperation lacks planning and the low ability of teachers.Family reasons include lack of parental education responsibilities and self-confidence and busy work of parents.On the basis of analyzing the problems and causes,this paper puts forward the solutions and suggestions for family-school collaboration of the sample school from the perspectives of schools,parents and teachers.The school should establish a cooperative organization for family and school,resource sharing forms joint force,and perfecting system and facilities construction.Parents should clarification of powers and responsibilities and deeply active,participate in training to improve ability;teachers should improve their professional level through training,communicate with parents through bidirectional channels,and develop cooperation plans.I hope that it will have certain guiding significance for improving the current family and junior high school cooperation.
