High school student class cadres are excellent members of high school students.They are both educators in the work of students,organizers and performers in the grassroots work of the school,and are the right assistants of the class teacher.Cultivating high-quality student class cadres will help over-class management and improve the efficiency of personnel training.It is the need to implement the fundamental tasks of Lide Shuren.It is the need to promote the coordinated development of middle school students,accomplish the goal of innovative talent training,and build a harmonious campus culture.At the same time,it is also the need to carry out school education management.Based on the theory of PDCA theory and group dynamics,this study used questionnaires and interviews to conduct research on Yunfu X Middle School.In the data analysis of the survey status,it was found that the Yunxuan X middle school students were in the process of cadre training.There are the following problems: 1.Student class cadre training plan: student class cadre training lacks institutional guarantee,school class cadre selection mode is outdated;2.student class cadre training implementation: student class cadre training is not valued,class teacher student cadre management level Poor;3.Student class cadre training and examination:student class cadres have limited working ability,student class cadres have poor unity;4.Student class cadre training summary: the school lacks class cadre evaluation and evaluation mechanism,teacher cadre training experience is not Summarized into standards.In view of the above problems,based on the attribution analysis,the strategies for the training of student class cadres are put forward: 1.The training strategy of the planning stage: perfecting the system of student cadre training and establishing the selection mechanism of student cadres;2.The training strategy of the implementation stage: Pay attention to the training of students' cadres' ability,clarify the responsibilities of student cadres,and improve the management level of teachers and cadres;3.Cultivate strategies in the inspection stage: enhance the ability of student cadres to work,improve the awareness of student cadres,and cultivate the correct "official" syllabus of student cadres;The training strategy in the summary stage: establish a student class cadre evaluation mechanism,teachers should promptly check the student work results.The aim is to further improve the system of training cadres of middle school students and make effective reference for cultivating high-quality student cadres.
