Strengthening the construction of teacher development centers is an important measure for the country to advance the reform of the construction of teachers in the new era,build a modern teacher education system,and create a high-quality professional teacher team.The county teacher development center,as the main place of training for rural teachers,has played an important role in improving the quality of teachers.However,there are still gaps in the effectiveness of its training work.Taking five county teacher development centers in Y city as an example,this paper makes an in-depth investigation of the various training conditions they undertake,and takes the training transfer and Kirkpatrick training evaluation model as the theoretical basis.From the reaction layer,learning layer,behavior layer and result layer of the trainees,the paper analyzes the implementation of the training work of the county teacher development center,explores the factors that affect the effectiveness of the training,and finally puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures.This thesis is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,introduces the background of the research,summarizes the existing literature,and explains the methods,progress and related concepts involved in the research.The second part finds the analytical dimension and theoretical basis of the training effectiveness of county teacher development center.This paper expounds the duty and objective orientation of county teacher development center,the related theory of training effectiveness research and the dimension of training effectiveness analysis.The third part is to analyze the actual situation of the training work of county teacher development center.It is found that its training work has achieved some results,but at the same time,there are still some shortcomings in the effectiveness of training work.For example,training ignores the initiative of the students 'own development;Training activities are mainly based on theoretical training;Wait.The fourth part is to find out the factors that make the training work of county teacher development center less effective.The main factors are: the management level of county teacher development center;The student's own factors and the student's unit factors.In the fifth part,the author puts forward some suggestions and decisions based on the problems and the factors that caused the problems.
