Research On The Implementation Status And Optimization Path Of National Physical Health Standard For Junior Middle School Students In Jinan City

The National Physical and Health Standard(Revised in 2014)>(hereinafter referred to as " " standard " ")is the implementation of the "Health First" thought.In view of the trend of the gradual decline of the student's body constitution,the Ministry of Education issued a notice on the <standard>,and made a higher demand for the school physical education,and asked the school to carry out the policy regulations effectively,and the teachers continuously improve the teaching quality of the physical education and strengthen the teaching atmosphere of the physical education.Carry out the rich and colorful extracurricular activities,and test the physical health level of the students through the physical test,and test the teaching effect of the physical education.This study is based on the investigation and research on the status quo of the implementation of the junior middle school of Jinan,Shandong Province.This paper puts forward the corresponding optimization path,and provides reference significance for the physique health test of junior middle school in Jinan City,Shandong Province,so as to ensure the smooth progress of the physique test,improve the teaching quality of physical education in the school,and strengthen the physique of the students.This study takes the implementation status and optimization path of Jinan Junior Middle School in Shandong Province as the research object,and takes some students,school administrators,physical education teachers and so on who participated in physical fitness test in middle school of Jinan City in Shandong Province as the investigation object.Six schools,including 705 students and 42 physical education teachers,were randomly selected from various districts of Jinan City,Shandong Province,and interviewed the principals of physical education work in the investigated schools,mainly using the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview,and conducted an interview with the students in charge of physical education in Jinan City,Shandong Province,including 705 students and 42 physical education teachers.On-the-spot examination,mathematical statistics and other research methods,to Jinan junior high school implementation of the organization and management aspects,physical education teachers and students to the "standard" of the cognitive aspects,the process of the implementation of the Standard and the analysis of the physical fitness test results were studied.In order to promote the healthy development of junior middle school students in Jinan,Shandong Province,and then provide reference for the healthy development of junior middle school students in other areas,the problems existing in the implementation of the Standard in Jinan junior middle schools are obtained through investigation and research.The proposed optimization path includes strengthening the propaganda of the Standard,increasing the influence of the test,strengthening the interest of the project practice,promoting the students' interest in exercise,and improving the students' enthusiasm for testing in the aspect of the goal of the implementation of the Standard.In the aspect of improvement methods,the combination of classroom teaching and extracurricular sports activities,weekend testing,competition and so on are adopted.Enrich the form of school physique test.In the aspect of perfecting the process,we should establish and perfect the supervision and inspection system,strengthen the training of teachers' testing skills,improve the input and maintenance of testing instruments,and promote the smooth progress of physique testing.In the aspect of reforming the evaluation method,we should make rational use of incentive evaluation method,effectively combine the evaluation method of skills and emotion,and pay attention to the use of developmental evaluation method and so on.By putting forward a series of optimization paths,this paper provides reference value for Jinan junior middle school to carry out physique test reform.
