Teachers are the dominant force in school education.Teachers' work performance will directly affect the quality of school education.Primary and secondary education is the foundation of education.To improve the quality of the entire education industry,we must pay attention to the work performance of primary and secondary school teachers,find out the influencing factors of work performance,and provide effective educational management suggestions.The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between teachers' professional identity and job performance and its internal mechanism.The primary and secondary school teachers in Jinan City are the research objects,and 1281 valid data are obtained through questionnaire survey.The statistical analysis methods such as independent sample T test,one-way ANOVA,correlation analysis and intermediary function test were used to conduct empirical research,and finally the following research conclusions were obtained:(1)there is a significant positive correlation between professional identity and job performance of primary and secondary school teachers,and their professional identity can significantly and positively predict job performance;(2)between professional identity and job performance,psychological capital of primary and secondary school teachers plays an intermediary role;(3)between professional identity and job performance,work-family enrichment of primary and secondary school teachers has a mediating effect;(4)between professional identity and job performance,psychological capital and work-family enrichment of primary and secondary school teachers play a chain intermediary role.This shows that in the primary and secondary school teachers,professional identity can not only improve work performance by enhancing psychological capital and improving work-family enrichment,but also promote work performance by enhancing the positive impact of psychological capital on work-family enrichment.Therefore,this study proposes strategic suggestions for improving the performance ofprimary and secondary school teachers from the aspects of professional identity,psychological capital,and work-family enrichment.
