In today’s society,work and family are important parts of life for most adults.In this social background,the research on the relationship between work and family has also attracted the attention of scholars from all walks of life.Previous studies focused on enterprise employees,but paid less attention to primary and secondary school teachers.In the practice of education management,effective measures to improve the work-family gain of primary and secondary school teachers were even lacking.Based on the human-environment matching,this study explores the factors influencing the work-family gain of primary and secondary school teachers from the individual level of teachers and the organizational level of schools,so as to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of the level of work-family gain of primary and secondary school teachers.1380 primary and middle school teachers were surveyed by using the Work-Family Enrichment Scale,the Work Involvement Scale,the Segmentation Supplies Scale and the Personal Segmentation Predilection Scale.The results showed that:(1)Personal segmentation preferences of primary and secondary school teachers can significantly negatively predict work-family enrichment.(2)The work involvement of primary and secondary school teachers played a complete mediating role in the relationship between personal segmentation preference and work-family enrichment.(3)The segmentation supplies plays a moderating role in the relationship between personal segmentation preference and work involvement,and can significantly moderate the mediating role of work involvement in the relationship between personal segmentation preference and work-family enrichment.Based on the empirical research,this study puts forward some strategic suggestions to improve the work-family enrichment of primary and secondary school teachers:(1)It is suggested that primary and secondary school teachers appropriately reduce their personal preference for segmentation.Flexible arrangement of time for teachers;The school provided corresponding policy support for teachers.(2)It is suggested that primary and secondary school teachers can appropriately improve the degree of work involvement.Teachers should adjust their mentality and set up correct values and working concepts.The school establishes the reasonable evaluation policy to promote the teacher’s work involvement.(3)It is suggested that primary and secondary schools appropriately improve the level of segmentation supplies,respect teachers’ personal segmentation preference,timely help teachers deal with work and family affairs,and promote their work-family enrichment.
