With the adjustment of school layout in rural areas in 2012,the development of small-scale schools in rural areas has aroused widespread concern in the society.How to develop these schools and find solutions for these schools has become a major challenge for the health,coordination and sustainable development of the national education industry problem.In recent years,the hardware facilities of rural schools have improved,but as a rural cultural heritage institution,as a home for children's spiritual sustenance,the improvement of material conditions is not enough to nourish the avenue for the smooth development of schools.Only by constructing the campus culture in schools and implementing all-round construction of small and medium-sized rural schools from the four aspects of material,spiritual,institutional,and activity can we make the development of rural small-scale schools more healthy and the children in rural areas can fully develop.This article starts with the content of the construction campus culture and combines the situation of small-scale schools in rural areas.It points out the importance of the construction of campus culture for rural students,teachers,rural development and the inheritance of rural culture.Taking small-scale schools in Badong County of Enshi Prefecture in Hubei Province as an example,field surveys and interviews are mainly used to qualitatively and quantitatively compare and analyze the data obtained,and to understand the current situation of the construction of small-scale sample schoolthe construction of campus culture in Badong County.The predicament,specifically,analyzed from the four aspects of material,system,spirit,and activities,and learned that the material and cultural construction of the small sample schools in Badong County was incomplete,the spiritual and cultural construction was poor,the system culture was insufficient,and the activity culture was built not much.In general,the construction of small-scale sample school campus culture in Badong County lags behind.The government,school principals,teachers,students,parents,and the society analyze the reasons.This paper believes that the government has insufficient investment in small-scale rural schools.The principals did not fully understand the construction of campus culture,the overall quality of teachers was inadequate,students' ability to participate in activities was weak,parents' awareness of campus cultural construction was not strong,and social support was not enough.Under the combined influence of various reasons,the rural areas were small.The construction of campus culture of large-scale schools is still struggling,and children cannot get relatively equitable educational resources.In response to the above problems,this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures from six aspects:government,principals,teachers,students,parents,andsociety.First of all,the government must strengthen its investment in basic education in rural areas,and in particular increase the funding and policy inclinations of small-scale schools in rural areas;Second,principals should improve the school of the small rural areas.The emphasis on the construction of scale school campus cultureis to promote quality education;Third,teachers should strive to improve their own quality and establish the concept of all-round development of students;Fourth,students should take part in activities,exercise their own abilities;Fifth,parents should improve their cultural quality,payattention to the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality;Last,The society should transport cultural products to schools actively and cooperate with schools to carry out various cultural activities.Through the construction of campus culture,the path of the development of small scale schools in rural areas can be wider,and the students in these schools can also find their spiritual home,improve their quality and grow into the backbone of the future social development.
