At present,China's higher education has entered the stage of popularization from the stage of popularization.Competition among colleges and universities is fierce.Connotative construction has become an important measure for the transformation and development of colleges and universities.In this process,as a private university,the transformation and development of Guangdong Baiyun College is much more arduous than that of public universities,and it also faces many challenges,among which the construction of teaching staff is the most prominent.Restricted by the treatment of school teachers,living conditions,research platforms and other factors,as well as the rapid improvement of the treatment of teachers in public universities,the weak attraction and gathering power of talents in private colleges and universities,the loss rate of school teachers is relatively high,and the total number of teachers is insufficient.The existing teachers,with more class hours,more workload,insufficient investment in teaching and scientific research,are difficult to achieve breakthrough career development under high work pressure,therefore,teachers' mental health has become an urgent problem in school human resources management.Through systematic evaluation,employee assistance plan can find out the tendency of psychological and behavioral problems affecting teachers' work performance in the process of work and prevent them through personalized programs.It is one of the effective means to alleviate work pressure and prevent psychological problems,and also an important measure to promote human resource management reform in Guangdong Baiyun College.The survey found that "indistinct responsibilities and heavy workload","unproportional pay and remuneration","low salary level","low work plan","difficult promotion and fewer opportunities for fierce competition","high job requirements and more efforts needed to be paid","inhumane school management system" are the important sources of pressure for teachers of Guangdong Baiyun University.From the perspective of psychological needs analysis,the unfairness of salary leads to higher turnover intention of teachers.At the same time,teachers generally have identity dilemma,low organizational satisfaction,lack of strong role identity and sense of ownership,and lack confidence in the long-term development of schools.Based on the concept of human-oriented management,schools should focus on improving staff's sense of organizational belonging and on the basis of post nature,and design a relatively perfect EAP system,with stress management,emotional management,mental health management and interpersonal relationship management as the main contents.This system aims to strengthen crisis intervention,establish intervention mechanism,strengthen teacher development,and improve teachers' work and life conditions.Schools can enhance the attraction of talents,actively resolve the negative emotions in the work process,improve teachers' positive psychological capital and improve job satisfaction and organizational satisfaction.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the employee assistance plan,Guangdong Baiyun College should incorporate EAP into the school's human resources management,and adopt the path of "external mode-internal integrated mode" to promote the implementation of the plan in stages.At the same time,the school should optimize the service process,form a closed-loop management,strengthen the organization and personnel security,establish a system,support related funds,hardware and software facilities,actively publicize and integrate the resources of all parties in the school,form a joint force,alleviate teachers' pressure,promote teachers to have a positive and healthy psychological state,enhance cohesion,build a community of interests of the school,and realize the common development of the school and teachers.
