Private University Teachers Loss Problem

The reality that backward country running big education request us to develop the Private Higher Education vigorously. At present, a large number of teachers' loss has become an important bottleneck which constrains the development of private colleges. Under such a background, the problems which need to be solved urgently for the Private colleges and their managers are how to attract, retain the outstanding teachers and build a good growing environment for them.Firstly, based on analyzing the characteristics and negative impacts of teachers' loss in private colleges, this paper carries on research from the exterior macroscopic factors and internal microcosmic management factors. By using the KJ chart, the key factors which influence teachers' loss in private colleges are determined. Secondly, By using the Basic theory of psychology and management ,the deep mental factors which influence teachers' loss in private colleges are investigated, and the characteristics during the teachers'different professional career period are analyzed , the typical factors in each stage which influence the teacher loss in private college are found out .Finally, the pertinent administer measures are given. The analysis and summary for macroscopic influencing factors can be took into consideration for government of education, the analysis for microcosmic management factors can be used to perfecting the management in the private colleges.About this paper's innovation: 1,Carrying the research by taking the microscopic factors and the macroscopic management factors as an integrated system, which overcomes previous research's limitation. 2,By using the Knowledge of psychology and management ,the deep mental factors which influence teachers' loss are investigated, such as faculty satisfaction,teacher trust,continuance commitment,perfect commitment,emotion commitment and so on .Different relation stages between private colleges and faculty are expressed by five forms of teacher commitment .so when adopt Administer measures will more pertinence and more feasibility .3,Through analyzing the characteristics during the different career period of teachers in private colleges, the typical factors in each stage which influence the teacher loss in private college are found out , and the pertinent administer measures are given , which overcomes previous research's limitation.
