The Development Study Of Educator Chen Heqin

If China wants to flourish,it must pay more attention to education,and pay attention to teachers.Now,with the deepening of the study of educators,there is a new perspective to the study of the educator,that is,the personal development of an educator.This paper analyzes the personal growth course of an educator and explores the reasons behind becoming an educator.This study selects Chen heqin as the object of study,focuses on the research topic,Research methods such as documentary,case and history are adopted,and explores the personal growth course and the contributing factor of Chen heqin.This study makes a longitudinal analysis of the growth process of Chen heqin,which is divided into four stages for discussion,and tries to analyze the main influencing factors of Chen heqin in each growth stage,including the following four stages.In the incubation period,it mainly describes the influence of Chen heqin's family and study experience on his determination to save the country through education.During the development period,Chen heqin started his career as an educator and made a series of educational practice innovations in different regions under multiple factors.In the mature stage,Chen heqin adhered to the original idea,overcame all difficulties,sublimated the previous educational practice,and finally put forward the theory of "active education".Its recognition and publicize after that death of Chen heqin during the immortal period and the reason why his reputation spread.This study attempts to summarize the reason why Chen heqin has grown into an educator,which is divided into internal and external factors.External factors from the family environment,school environment,work environment,regional culture,social environment to discuss;The internal causes from the aspects of autonomous development,the passion of education and innovation to discuss.Finally,the author puts forward the prospect of this study and the enlightenment to the current educators.We should take education as our ambition,combine theory with practice,keep pace with the times,develop actively and keep innovating.
