Early childhood is the fundamental period of human developlent,and plays a fundamental role in the development of human life.Therefore,the healthy growth and development of early childhood has been widely valued.With the concept of education gradually penetrating into the hearts of the people,the healthy development of young children has gradually evolved from physical health to physical and psychological health,and psychological health development has been listed as equally important.The healthy development of emotion is the core of many psychological studies.Whether or not a person has good emotional management ability is an important indicator of a person's emotional health.In the development of modern society,people pav more and more attention to the development of individual's emotional management ability.With the development of peopled life,it will have an important impact on people's learning and work.Early childhood is the key period of human development,and plays a fundamental and fundamental role in all aspects of human development.The ability of emotionai management fonned in early childhood plays a very critical role in the future growth and development,even in the nurturing of acquired personality in future.Since people pay more and more attention to the ability of enotional management,the author considers how to improve children's emotional management in the most basic stase of life,and finds that picture books appear in every corner of kinderaarten.If we can set up teaching goals of emotional management through picture books teaching,use picture books as a medium to promote children's emotional management.The improvement of rational ability can make children develop healthily,physically and mentally.On the basis of comprehensive analysis of various literature and reading a large number of picture books on emotional topics,this paper adopts effective research methods such as questionnaire,interview and natural observation.To improve the emotional management ability of children in the topic class in the kindergarten can be carried out from four aspects:first,it can help children understand the six basic emotions(four root emotions and two sub-emotions).Guide children to understand the causes of the basic emotions,and promote children to express their own emotions better.On the basis of understanding the causes of various emotions,we can enrich children's control negative emotion strateigies,so as to promote the healthy development of children's body and mind.The results show that the emotional management ability of children in large classes has been improved by carrying out emotional theme picture book activities.
