Goleman believes that,"emotion is the feeling and its unique thought, the state of psychological and physiological and the tendency of action", to simply understand that emotion is a kind of experience toward the relationship between things or attitude. According to the young children’s emotional characteristics and the needs of development,the3-6years old children’s learning and guide put forward the goal of building a pleasant emotional stability and which is one of the important goals of nursery school health education.As to the young children, emotional stability and joy is the foundation and important performance of their health.Emotional education is a kind of education activities which is according to children’s development characteristic of psychological, take various appropriate ways to cultivate children’s ability to understand and treat the emotions correctly and learn to control and erpress their emotions so as to keep the development of positive emotions and overcome the negative emotions.The study is mainly based on the action research method,which selected a small class of a kindergarten in Guilin as the research object, and formed the study community with the teachers of the class, and by studying relevant theories and combining with the development characteristics of the small children, take the emotional theme picture books "My feeling" series as the carrier to carry out the small children’emotional education activities in the practical.The action of this study is mainly divided into two major themes:the positive emotions and the negative emotions. The study form a spiral development process eventually through a number of steps just as planning,organizing,implement,reflect improvement and then planing again,and then design the activity plan according to the objectives and contents of the education and the implementation of the practical activities.During the three months of action research,the author found that the emotional thematic education activity has a positive effect in promoting the development of the children’emotionals,which integrated the reading, discussion, children’s songs, performance, and conversation together. Research suggests that emotional education of the Junior kindergarten children can be divided into two kinds of themes,which are the "negative emotions" and the"positive emotions". The "negative emotions" education activities can starts from three aspectes,which are the understanding,perceiving,experiencing,management,and conversion of the emotions.The "positive emotions" education activities can starts from three other aspectes,which are of understanding,perciving,experiencing and interlization of the emotions.
