As an important children's literature,picture books have gradually been recognized by the public.In recent years,picture books are increasingly approaching kindergartens and families,and become the way for children to gain indirect experience.There are many kinds of picture books for children,among which emotional picture books account for a considerable proportion.Emotional picture books are favored by children,preschool teachers and parents because of their advantages in helping them understand,express,identify and vent emotions.However,in the process of reading children's emotional picture books,the author found that the quality of children's emotional picture books on the market was uneven.Therefore,this study analyzed these books to provide ideas and inspiration for the creators of picture books,Suggestions for teachers to carry out the teaching of picture books,and some references for parents to select appropriate picture books.This paper takes 130 Chinese and foreign children's emotional picture books selected by the author from Kaifeng library,Zhengzhou library,Shanghai library and Shanghai gadding library as research samples and adopts the method of text analysis to conduct research.The author analyzed the proportion of various emotions in children's emotional picture books and found that: picture books of basic emotions accounted for more than 80%,picture books of negative emotions accounted for more than 70%,and picture books of fear emotions accounted for up to 30%.The educational intention discovery of children's emotional picture books was statistically analyzed.The number of picture books on emotion expression is small,the number of picture books on emotion recognition and understanding is the largest,and the picture books on emotion regulation of fear account for half of the picture books on emotion regulation.In addition,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the content of picture books,and finds that the roles in the emotional picture books are mainly animals and humans in the role categories,the male characters in the sad and angry picture books are about twice as many as the female characters in the role gender,and the number of ore-assigned characters is three times as many as the self-generated characters in the character nature.Based on the analysis of the plots in picture books,it is found that the plots are organized with common structures.The story draws materials close to children's life;Finally,the paper analyzes the expression form of emotional picture books from the aspects of picture and text.Through further sorting and summarizing,the author finds that there are some problems in children's emotional picture books: they don't accept negative emotions,they are more educational than interesting,their themes are confused,and their text content starts from the adult perspective.In addition,it also found the common advantages of children's emotion picture books: to help children recognize emotions through facial expressions and body movements,to help children understand emotions through visualization,to be rich in details,and to render different atmosphere through warm and cold colors.Based on the above analysis,the author believes that there are problems in emotional picture books because they fail to adhere to the traditional cultural influence of children's standard,conservative and introverted,and market-oriented influence.Finally based on the problems found,suggest to draw this creator: right view,pay attention to the interest of this emotion and artistic quality,puts forward Suggestions on teaching kindergarten teachers to draw this: when choosing this pay attention to the child sex of picture books,the right attitude towards children's emotions,puts forward some Suggestions for parents of children with: understanding picture books and take the picture books,lead by example,appropriate expressions and regulate mood.
