In recent years,Finland's "miracle education" has attracted wide attention from various countries.The main reason why Finland's basic education has achieved such remarkable results is due to its professional teaching staff.Finland has always adhered to the research-based teacher training model,focusing on the goal of training teachers'research-based teaching thinking,emphasizing the study of research-based knowledge in the cuiriculum,realizing the integration of theory,practice and research with research as the main line in the training process,and training a large number of excellent research-based teachers.Although many achievements have been made in the training process of primary and secondary school teachers in China,and a certain structural system has been formed,there are still many shortcomings.The scientific research consciousness and ability of primary and secondary school teachers trained are insufficient,and it is difficult to actively participate in teaching research in the actual teaching process.Therefore,through the in-depth study of Finland's"research-based" teacher training model,we can learn useful experience,learn from the strengths and make up for weaknesses,and then nake targeted improvements in the training of primary and secondary school teachers in our country.In view of this,this study adopts the methods of literature,case study and comparison to study Finland's "research-based" teacher training model.It discusses the background,concept and general situation of Finland's "research-based" teacher training model,and chooses Helsinki University as the research object,focusing on the analysis of primaiy and secondary school teachers 'training objectives,enrollment,curriculum design and developnent.Implementation and evaluation system.Through summarizing the experience and characteristics of Finland's "research-based" teacher training model and combining with the actual situation of teacher training in China,the author finally comes to the suggestions for the training of primary and secondary school teachers in China,namely:to formulate a striet recruitment and selection system,attach importance to the interview and assessment;to set up the curriculum content scientifically,pay attention to the training of the scientific research ability of prospective teachers;to rationally plan the process of educational practice,strengthen the connection of theory,practice and research.
