The application of micro-course is widely welcomed in education,and its key point is that it has a significant effect on the improvement of students’ learning interest,and thus has a positive impact on stUdents’ academic performance.By reading literature,found that although the micro class in the application of education have reach the level of flood,but its application in junior high school geography is very less,but from the current micro class applied to junior high school geography,junior high school geography teachers lesson on the design and production of major technical problems still exist,especially in the design of micro class,basically ignore students’ emotional experience,lead to the application of micro lesson in junior middle school geography classroom teaching effect is not ideal.Emotional design theory is a widely used theory in the field of design.It focuses on the consideration of consumers’ emotional experience in product design,so as to stimulate consumption.Therefore,this paper attempts to integrate micro course with emotional design,so as to solve the problem that the application effect of micro course in junior high school geography is not good at present.In view of this,the measures adopted in this study are to introduce the emotional design theory,integrate emotional design with the design of micro course,and give priority to students’emotional experience in the design process of micro course.The research object of this study is 81 students from two classes of grade 7 in a middle school in tianjin.The control class in the experiment is class 1 grade 7,and the experimental class is class 2 grade 7.Finally,through the analysis of data such as questionnaires,independent quizzes and stage examinations,the conclusion is drawn that the combination of enotional design theory and micro-class is conducive to improving students’enthusiasm for learning geography,and to a certain extent to improve students’academic performance.
