Basic education is an important project to improve national literacy.The construction and application of basic education informationization is an important way to achieve balanced development of basic education.The application of digital education resources is a key factor in the development of information technology in basic education.It is also the basis for promoting teaching reform and is of great significance for improving the quality of the whole people.At present,there are many problems in the practical application of digital education resources in basic education,such as a single access to digital resources for courses,a high registration rate for online learning spaces,and low usage rates.Therefore,the evaluation of digital education resource application is an important way to solve the problem of high investment and low return of basic education informationization.Promoting the effective application of digital education resources and realizing the balanced development of basic education is an important task in the development of basic education informationization at this stage.Due to the imbalance of teachers' strength and information management level,there is a huge urban-rural gap in the application level of digital resources in primary and secondary schools.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the differences between urban and rural schools in the application of digital education resources and to find a strategy to promote the balanced development of urban and rural basic education information.This study focuses on the application of digital education resources.From the perspective of school informationization development,this paper compares and analyzes the differences in the factors affecting the application of digital education resources in urban and rural areas.Based on this,suggestions for improving the application level of digital education resources are proposed.Based on the literature research and the relevant policy documents of domestic digital education resources application,the application index system of basic education digital education resources including the application of subject digital education resources and the application of network learning space is constructed.From the perspective of school informationization development,the factors influencing the application of digital education resources are summarized,including school infrastructure,management informationization,personnel support,training and funding.The comprehensive index method is used to calculate the application level of digital education resources in basic education.Based on this,the differences in the development status of urban and rural schools in the application of digital education resources are analyzed.The multiple regression method was used to compare and analyze the influence of school infrastructure,management informationization,personnel support training and funding on the application of digital education resources,and proposed to improve the development of digital education resources in urban and rural primary and secondary schools.The study finds that the application of subject digital education resources is the core of the application of digital education resources in rural schools.The application of online learning space is the focus of the application of digital education resources in urban schools.Through the analysis of influencing factors,infrastructure is the precondition for the application of digital resources in schools.Management informationization is an important means to promote the application of digital resources in schools.Staff support is the backbone of improving the application efficiency of digital resources in schools.Teacher training and funding are the implementation of schools.Key factors in the application of digital resources.In the process of promoting the application of digital education resources,all levels of departments should continuously improve the informational teaching environment of rural schools,continuously promote the construction of school management information system,focus on strengthening the construction of rural school informationization personnel,and optimize and adjust the school informationization funding input mode.It is committed to promoting the development of digital education resources and achieving balanced development of urban and rural basic education information.
