China formally joined the WTO in 2001.The young people born in the "post-00s" generation are the ones who grew up in the era of globalization. In the context of globalization, informatization and mobile phone, they are the open and international youth with multiple identities."Post-00s" have more diversified lifestyles, communication styles and festival identification than their parents. They have different understanding of the world, traditions and themselves. It is of historical and practical significance for them to reconstruct their cultural identity. When China joined the WTO in2000,the post-2000 generation was truly global. The post-00s generation has entered college, and their identification with traditional festival culture will affect the healthy growth of themselves and the next generation."Post-00s" are different from "post-80s" and "post-90s"."post-80s" and "post-90s" have more perceptions of traditional festival culture, while "post-00s" have less perceptions of traditional festival culture, which is plastic. Therefore, this paper takes "post-00s" college students as a case study. The paper analyzes from four levels, the first is the overview of globalization, digitization and technology; The second is the investigation of the way of life and communication. The third is to study the identification of traditional festival rituals and customs. Finally,it focuses on the construction of cultural identity.By means of questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the status quo of post-00s' recognition of traditional festival culture, and proposes to make full use of media resources, modern technology, policy guidance and other means to widely spread the traditional festival culture with temperature, thought and quality,so as to make the excellent traditional festival culture "fly into ordinary people again".
