Influence On The Development Of School Football In Jinan City And The Improvement Measures

The development of campus football is to achieve the dream of Chinese football.In 2009,the state vigorously launched "campus football" activities.By 2016,there were 41 schools with "campus football" characteristics recognized by the ministry of education in jinan.At present,the development of campus football in jinan campus football model schools has made some achievements,and the number of characteristic schools of "campus football" recognized by the ministry of education is increasing.In order to develop better,many scholars have started theoretical research on this aspect.Look from the existing theoretical research results,the present situation of jinan campus football and they are to carry out such problems as the difficulties encountered in the process of campus football had certain research,but the system analysis of the reasons for the status quo and existing problems of also have no,this is precisely the key to solve the problem effectively,therefore this topic decided to jinan to the influence factors of the primary and middle school campus football development system to explore,through literature,interviews,Delphi method,questionnaire investigation and the methods of exploratory factor analysis,taking jinan existing 41 "campus football" characteristic school as the research object,Through a comprehensive and in-depth study of the factors affecting the development of campus football in primary and secondary schools in jinan,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The main factors affecting the development of "campus football" in primary and secondary schools in jinan can be divided into four categories: educational management system,school,social and family factors.2.Factors of education management system include three specific influencing factors: national education system,provincial and municipal education system and specific management mechanism;Social factors include three specific influencing factors: local football development level,local football competition environment and local football publicity level.School factors include four specific factors: school leadership attitude,school teachers,school funding and school facilities.Family factors mainly include parents' attitude and students' learning motivation.3.Through the thorough exchange,and experts at present in the concrete influence factors of middle school teachers,the school funds investment,the school facilities,national education system,provincial education system,and the specific management mechanism and parents attitude seven influencing factors the influence degree of the higher,the school leader attitude,local football development level,the local football game environment,promote local football level and students' learning motivation factors affect degree is relatively lower,this is consistent with the Delphi method to get the results of the basic.
