A Study Of Learning Attitude And Influencing Factors Of Football Teachers In Primary And Secondary Schools

Teachers' profession has been regarded as a kind of sacred cause,but with the increase of teachers,the quality of overall teachers is declining,the campus football activities,teachers have been a major problem restricting the development of campus football.In this study,the students of primary and secondary school football teachers in Hubei normal university were studied,and the attitude score of sports teachers in the training process was calculated by using the method,and the factors influencing the learning attitude of primary and secondary school football teachers through one-way variance analysis.Through the study summarizes the following conclusions:1.the overall learning attitude of primary and secondary school football teachers is more positive,in the indicators of all levels,the most positive behavior.2.the difference of football teachers' age,teaching age,professional title and physical education teachers' learning attitude is not significant.3.the gender,education,training times and their learning attitude of football teachers in primary and secondary schools are different,which are several important factors influencing their learning attitude.According to the above conclusions,the author summarizes the following suggestions in combination with the literature information:1.strengthening the understanding of training significance of primary and middle school football teachersFrom the survey,many teachers were unaware of the significance of training,most teachers were forced to train because of the pressure of school or to obtain training certificates,and mechanization practice made them lack of thinking.Therefore,the author believes that primary and secondary school football teachers should strengthen their understanding of training significance before training.2.strengthening the understanding of the purpose of training of primary and secondary school football teachersThe purpose of each training is to increase teachers' teaching knowledge,and advanced teaching experience,but many teachers are not aware of this,blind participation in training,do not know what they want in training,so before training should correct each teacher's purpose,with a exploration heart to learn more knowledge.3.properly arrange after-school exercises,regular inspectionMost of the teacher training will give the trainees sufficient spare time,in this abundant spare time,most of the teacher choose to go out and play,this leads to the learning attitude of teachers are getting worse and worse.Of course,the importance of homework after class is not to limit the training teachers are not to seize their freedom,here the attention is appropriate to the training teachers to arrange after-school tasks,regular inspection,and give the corresponding evaluation,only to be trained teachers enough attention to this discipline can achieve better results.
