IVThe juvenile's physical health, strong physique, strong will, full of vitality,is a national vitality of the embodiment, the CPC Central Committee, the State Council has always attached great importance to the healthy growth of juvenile. The fast-paced way of life brings us convenient and comfortable life as society develops rapidly, but the lack of exercise in juvenile and adolescents leads to a decline in cardiopulmonary function, and the proportion of problems such as double apices phenomena is rising. In order to improve the physical and mental decline of juvenile and adolescents, and to enhance the juvenile's love for sports,as the most popular and competitive sport in juvenile.Swimming is mostly aerobic exercise, but because of speed and proficiency, swimming may also be anaerobic exercise. How to quickly make your lungs stronger, breathe more smoothly, and easier to swim becomes a problem. This paper focuses on the effects of swimming and closed-breath training on cardiopulmonary function and athletic performance of juvenile aged 10 to 12 years old.And the methods of literature, experiment and mathematical statistics were used to study the cardiopulmonary function and athletic performance of 40 amateur juvenile swimmers in Jining swimming pool as the research object. The experimental study was carried out for 9 weeks, and the results of cardiopulmonary survey and exercise performance were tested and compared before and after the experiment, and the following conclusions were drawn:1.By taking closed-breath training in swimming training, there is no significant difference between the maximum oxygen uptake of juvenile and the traditional swimming training, but as an important value in calculating the maximum oxygen uptake performance,There were significant differences in the results of the 20mSRT(P<0.05)in the experimental group, which indicated that the effect of closed-breath training on the maximum oxygen uptake of juvenile was better.2.Closed-breath training can better improve the lung capacity of juvenile and adolescents.Taking closed air training in swimming can make the alveolar volume increase, deepen the breathing depth, strengthen the strength of the exhalation muscleand the suction muscle, and effectively increase the lung capacity of juvenile and adolescents..3.Closed closed training for juvenile's heart rhythm and blood pressure of the good effect is more obvious. Before and after the test, the decrease of the quiet heart rhythm and blood pressure of juvenile in the experimental group was more obvious. It is because the closed-breath training allows juvenile's heart to increase the output of each beat, which can reduce their quiet rhythm and blood pressure.4.Closed-breath training has a significant improvement in the performance of juvenile and adolescents in swimming sports. The decrease in the number of breaths means that there is more physical use to enter the process, and the closed air can make the muscles of the whole body tense,so that the bones more stable, the limbs with a more tacit understanding, and after a period of training, can make their psychological capacity more powerful,In dealing with all kinds of games can be more relaxed, swimming out of good results.
