Research purposes: by heart rate monitoring,control of tennis players in the game in different exercise intensity range,under the condition of different intensity intervention of breathing rate and rhythm,find out the most effective in the game of breathing method,summarizes the characteristics and rules of tennis breathing so as to better guide training practice,and then to high level tennis athletes in training and competition rhythm of breathing adjustment to provide practical basis.Methods: by using polar pro comprehensive monitoring instrument and stalker pro II ka-band sports,doppler radar measuring 12 second-level athlete tennis movement in the process of heart rate and velocity changes.Utilizing the means such as m run,reverse layup,under laboratory conditions control between exercise intensity and points with intermittent time of 20 s.Test without intervention respectively,4 seconds/deep breaths and 8 seconds/deep breaths intervention,tennis players in the ITN serve level test scores and velocity changes.Research results: 1,the control intensity under laboratory conditions,in the process of the simulation game points and 20 seconds between intermittent time,tennis players within the range of maximum heart rate(greater than 180),without intervention to serve score of 47.42 points,do 4 seconds/deep breaths serve adjusted score of 55.83 points,do 8 seconds/deep breaths adjusted score of 65.83 points.After four seconds/time deep breathing adjustment,the serving score is higher than the non-intervention,8 seconds/time deep breathing adjustment is higher than the non-intervention and 4 second/times.The heart rate range(160-179),scored 56.42 points,took four seconds,took a deep breath and adjusted the serving score to 68.50,and scored 71.92 after eight seconds of deep breathing.After four seconds/time deep breathing adjustment,the serving score is higher than the non-intervention,8 seconds/time deep breathing adjustment is higher than the non-intervention and 4 second/times.2,within the range of low heart rate(less than 120),a score of 64.00 points,do 4 seconds/deep breaths serve adjusted score of 64.67 points,do 8 seconds/deep breaths adjusted score of 58.00 points.After four seconds/time deep breathing adjustment,the serve score is slightly higher than non-intervention,8 seconds/time deep deep breathing adjustment,lower,lower than non-intervention and 4s/second.3,in the heart rate range(120-139),(160-179),(greater than 180),4,8 seconds seconds/time/deep breaths when adjusting velocity increased,do 8 seconds/deep breaths after adjusting velocity increase is more obvious;When the heart rate is less than 120,8 seconds per second reduces the velocity of the ball.Research conclusions: 1,the heart rate is more than 160 times/minute 8 seconds/deep breaths adjust serve score higher than 4 seconds per time and don't adjust,namely high strength cases should strengthen the depth of breathing.2,heart rate range is less than 120 times/minute 4 seconds/deep breaths to score and velocity had no significant effect,8 seconds/time instead of deep breathing reduces the scoring and velocity,the heart rate is less than 120 times/minute don't need to do a deep breathing.3,a deep breathing adjustment in the heart rate range of 8 seconds/time,greater than 120 beats per second,increases the speed of the serving,which means you should take a deep breath of 8 seconds/time.
