Education is fundamental to a century-old plan.As early as 2004,the Ministry of Education issued the "2003-2007 Education Revitalization Action Plan" has already proposed to focus on promoting the development and reform of rural education,strengthening the basic education in the new situation,and making Pre-school education widely concerned.Moreover,it is known to all that teacher are the base of education plan.In 2015,the "Professional Standards for Kindergarten PrinciPals" issued by the Ministry of Education proposed that kindergarten principals should adhere to advanced education concepts and management concepts,and highlight the leadership and execution of the principals.In 2019,the "Chinese Education Modernization 2035" issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council proposed that the educational reform in the information age should be accelerated,the intelligent camPus should be built,and the construction of an integrated intelligent teaching,management and service platform should be coordinated.Although the informatization of preschool education in many areas in China has been widely concerned and achieved certain achievements,there are still many deficiencies.Therefore,it is necessary to study the education leadershi of kindergarten principals comprehensively and systematically,which can further promote preschool education.The research uses questionnaires and interview method to explore the status quo of informational leadership of 200 kindergarten principals who participated in the S University training program.Through questionnaire survey research,issuing recycling questionnaires,summarizing the texts of relevant informatization training courses and unstructured interviews,obtain research data,and input information on the kindergarten principals by inputting data,data analysis,making charts,and summarizing texts.The status quo of leadership is summarized and a report is formed.It was concluded that the information literacy of kindergarten principals needs to be improved;the construction of kindergarten information infrastructure needs to be improved;the development and planning of kindergarten informatization needs to be clarified;the application of kindergarten informatization needs to be strengthened.Some corresponding countermeasures are put forward in combination with the status quo:first,updating the concept to enhance the information literacy of the principals;second,increasing the investment in the construction of the school information environment;third,planning and formulating comprehensive school informatization charter;finally,promoting teachers and students to participate actively in the application of school Informatization.
