Children's outdoor sports activities are an important form of kindergarten sports activities.With the development of outdoor sports activities more and more attention,scientific,flexible,independent and free activity organization can maximize the value of outdoor sports activities.At present,most of the domestic literature on early childhood sports research focuses on teachers,sports equipment and current situation management,while there is little literature on specific outdoor sports activity organization.This study hopes to provide some references for the study on children's outdoor sports activities at all stages of kindergarten by summarizing and summarizing four sets of activity organization methods through specific current situation investigation and case analysis.Research mainly adopts the method of literature,case analysis,logic analysis and other methods,combined with their 4 years of related experience engaged in preschool education teaching,by means of zhangjiagang 15 province high-quality public kindergarten field observation and the interview investigation,several ways are widely collect children's outdoor sports organization present situation,this article research in kindergarten to carry out outdoor sports)the first-hand information.Through the in-depth analysis and discussion of the objectives,teaching content,teaching principles,organizational form,teaching evaluation system and other aspects of early childhood physical education,based on the learning theory into practice,actively explore and innovate the organizational form of children's outdoor sports activities.The research shows that:(1)the organization mode of early childhood sports activities follows the guidelines for learning and development of children aged 3-6 issued by the ministry of education and the design and implementation of gamification concept of the curriculum.(2)"one on one" activity mode is a class as an independent activity unit,which is the most widely used,the most convenient to implement,the most convenient for teachers to organize and manage and the most safe activity mode.It is suitable for the three age groups:small,medium and large.(3)the "three against one" activity mode takes three adjacent classes as an activity unit,stimulates children's interest in activities through the expansion of materials and venues,increases children's exercise density,and increases the happiness index of exercise,which is suitable for the three ages of small,medium and large.(4)the "same-age mixed autonomy" activity mode is the mixed activity of all classes in the same period of one year.It fully reflects the principle of taking children as the main body,and promotes the cultivation of social interaction,independence,mutual assistance and other abilities.It is suitable for middle and large classes.(5)the activity mode of "mixed age autonomy" aims to cultivate children's independent,cooperative ability and sense of responsibility through the activity mode of"big with small" and "small with big",and it is applicable to the three age groups:small,medium and large.s not the same,the lack of school management level of comprehensive planning.Suggestions:(1)the government should strengthen and increase the fund planning for early childhood sports,and provide necessary financial support for the construction of sports activity sites for kindergartens;From the policy to solve the problem of early childhood physical education teachers,encourage and promote professional physical education teachers to enter kindergarten employment,establish appropriate management regulations,promote children outdoor sports activities effective organization and development.(2)kindergarten:kindergarten from top to bottom to improve the importance of early childhood sports,serious,practical anatomy course gamification spirit,pay attention to the training of early childhood teachers' sports literacy.(3)the four basic methods of organizing outdoor sports activities summarized in this study are provided for reference by kindergartens in combination with their own conditions.
