In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the level of industrialization,the natural environment on which we depend has been severely damaged.The problem of ecological civilization cannot be underestimated.The country's political,economic,and cultural development cannot be separated from the beautiful natural environment.China is the largest developing country.Although China's overall strength is steadily moving forward,it still faces many serious problems on the road of ecological balance and harmonious development.Comrade Xi Jinping pointed out in his report on the 19 th National Congress on October 18,2017 that we must speed up the reform of the ecological civilization system and build a beautiful China.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out many times that man and nature are the community of life.We want Jinshan Yinshan so that we need to protect green mountains and green hills.We should create material and spiritual wealth to meet the people's growing good life needs,but at the same time,we must not forget the people's growing beautiful ecological environment.The issue of ecological civilization is not only related to the modernization of society,but also to the comprehensive development of each citizen.Therefore,regardless of whether the country or individuals,teachers or students should put ecological education issues at the forefront.The period in which high school students live is exactly the golden age for them to learn and grow.At this time,educating them will allow them to establish a correct outlook on life,values,and a world view.Schools are an important place for them to be educated.Classrooms are the primary position for shaping their correct thinking.And ideological and political education is an important means of shaping the thinking of high school students.Therefore,in high schools,ecological civilization is developed for high school students through ideological and political classrooms.Education is especially necessary.Using advanced high school ideological and political classrooms,the content of ecological civilization education has become rich and professional,and the level of ecological civilization awareness of high school students has risen rapidly.This has enhanced theoverall quality of high school students and ultimately allowed them to achieve full development.Educational purposes.The issue of ecological civilization not only relates to the sustainable development of China's modernization,but also concerns the harmonious development of the entire human society and nature.This article consists of four chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background of this article,and briefly describes its specific content,literature review,education and practical significance.The second chapter is an overview of ecological civilization education,which explains in detail the meaning of ecological civilization education,analyzes its important theoretical basis and the educational goals that should be achieved.The third chapter summarizes the achievements and deficiencies of the ecological civilization education in the ideological and political classrooms of high schools in China through questionnaires,and analyzes the causes of the inadequacies.The fourth chapter proposes a series of suggestions to strengthen ecological civilization education in the high school ideological and political classroom.Specifically,the four principles of ecological civilization education in the high school ideological and political education classroom,content penetration,teaching methods and teacher training are described.
