| As a primary school organization,lesson preparation group aims at realizing the common growth of teachers by team cooperation and mutual assistance in the activities of learning,teaching and researching.The goals of lesson preparation group construction are improving teacher's teaching quality and further promoting teacher's professional development.Material resources,personnel environment,operation management and organizational culture are four important aspects to improve the organizational climate of lesson preparation group.As a basic teaching and research organization in primary and secondary schools,the lesson preparation group directly influences the construction of teachers.Therefore,it is of great importance to strengthen the construction of primary school's lesson preparation group.Based on the organizational climate theory,the construction of lesson preparation group in a typical primary school is studied in this paper.Specifically,questionnaire survey method,interview method and observation method are used to analysis the lesson preparation group development from the perspective of material resources,personnel environment,operation management and organizational culture.The results show that although both the personnel environment and organizational culture of lesson preparation groups in W primary school are good in general,some drawbacks are also existed.First,the development of different lesson preparation groups is unbalanced and inadequate.Second,there is a lack of awareness from the school level,which lead to weak ability of lesson preparation group leader.Third,the decision-making process is not democratic enough,and the communication among teachers is less,which cannot reflect teacher's opinion.Fourth,administrative management is not humanized,leaders put more emphasis on rules and performance.Finally,teachers are not active enough,even if they have opinions,they keep silent.The reasons behind above problems are complex,including the historical and practical conditions of the school,the poor management,the personal quality and career planning of teachers.In order to improve the construction of lesson preparation group,some suggestions are provided as follows.First,the material resources of lesson preparation group should be expanded by providing special funds.Second,it is necessary to improve the personnel environment by adjusting and optimizing the workforce structure.Third,the operation management of lesson preparation group should be improved by perfecting the decision-making process,encouraging democratic participation and applying humanistic care.Finally,the organizational culture of the lesson preparation group should be enhanced by creating good teaching and researching atmosphere,developing the team spirit,enriching the content and form of activities and promoting cross-disciplinary communications. |
